“Actually I didn't make a transfer i wanted to but as usual you are months behind the competition. All that you offered was a transfer to a CUP card. That is useless. Transfers to MLC cards is not longer available, please don't say that it is because of the elimination of the CUC, AIS and every European bank have adapted. i can send money to any MLC card issued from any bank in Cuba. Catch up if you want business in the future. Like it or not MLC is the way to go, a CUP card is useless.”

“I used duales.com for the first time and in 24 hours my beneficiary had his transfer on a network card in CUP of bpa, very satisfied, however I would like to increase the weekly limit of $ 200 to a slightly higher figure between $ 300 or $ 400 is my only suggestion . I wish you many good successes.”
