“Their office is closed and the recorded message says PLEASE CALL BACK DURING WORK HOURS, but they don't bother to mention the hours. WHAT? And everytime I call it's shut. WHAT ARE YOUR HOURS? ALSO I wanted to send 300 to Cuba and online it calculate it would be SIXTY dollars in fees. That's crazy!”

“incomprensible el hecho de que haciendo un envio en usd no puedan depositarlo en una trajeta emitida para ese efecto haciendo la transacion via el sitio internet de DUALES PERO SI EXIGEN QUE LA TRANSACION SE HAGA VIA UNA APLICACION CELULAR No entiendo lo absurdo de esa politica de DUALES talvez por intereses economicos con las compañias telefonicas donde DUALES recibe dadivas por cada aplicacion recargada para el envio de dinero acuba no encuentro otra logica explicacion que los interese econmicos y no elSERVICIO AL CLIENTE”

“Well, I am still in process of doing the transactions. I do not speak Spanish and some information I had in Spanish. Tried to phone on your advertised number however your phone system does not work. I mean you dial and get 3 options and whichever option you choose you are defaulted to main menu over and over. Tried to asked for help on line - the person would not answer my questions - just kept stressing what I need to do. I could not explain that I do not follow that and needed some help and clarification. Then it was enough for that try. I might try later again. Wich me good luck and check your phone system! *I did not try it today!”

“I was wondering why last time i sent money to cuba it was in USD. dollars. Now its not avalialable, it would be nice to send USD to my family. It would make it much simple for them. I have no issues with sending money it is very good. i have been using them for years.....”

“I used this company to transfer money people waiting for it. The transaction were approve money was taken out. This company claimed that only transaction was approved and the other was declined. My Bank USAA said otherwise they informed me that Both transactions were paid one for $133.00 the other was $171.00. next during a chat a rep for Duales provided me a transaction statement which had THREE not TWO transactions two in the amount of $171.00 in which one was clearly reject. See below”
