“It doesn't work for me - verification of neither of my visa credit cards didn't go further. Also, the program didn't accept the numbers of the cards on the Cuban side, though I know they a valid cards and numbers .”

“I’m very disappointed with the changes to Duales. I used to send money to Cuba no issues. Now to send in US funds i have to provide so much of my personal information that I will no longer use Duales. I used to send often the other way and was happy with your service but not anymore.”

“I placed the order on Monday afternoon and the money was delivered on Thursday afternoon. I did have some problem with the website and also a problem when calling them as no one ever answers but I have used this company several times and will probably do so again.”

“I am paying in U.S.D. funds so I don't understand why the money i send isn't in U.S.D. it is unfair to me paying and to my family receiving the funds in Cuban currency especially knowing how bad the situation is right now in Cuba. So sad.”
