“I am very happy using Duales to send money to family and friends. The service is truly reliable and honest with fast delivery. Whenever I have a question, I receive a prompt response to my email. “your product delivery service is excellent, I have been a customer with you for more than 1 year and I used Duales.com, you asked me for identity documents for the 1st time on this site and last month I used the one from your DVC site and it's the same thing, I hope I won't have to provide identity documents every month”

“I have been using Duales since 2002 and I have only good things to say. The site is very easy to use (after the first time), and the exchange is always shown so you know exactly what you are paying and why the receiver will be getting. I use home delivery, and it usually arrives within a day! This is amazing, Duales has improved so much over the years. Anytime (very rarely), I have had an issue or question a phone call is all that is needed to help. Someone always answers and take care of it immediately. Very trust worthy.”

“I am very pleased with Duales service. The delivery to Cuba is quite fast but always reliable. I will continue to use Duales because they consistently are providing good and reasonable service. Their only problem is trying to reach Duales by phone which is not easy.”

“Je trouve dommage que nous ne puissions pas déposer sur une carte bpc banco popular ahorro, en dollars Américain. Ma copine à une carte pour acheter dans les commerces à Cuba en dollars américain. Aucun moyen de recharger sa carte depuis que les CUC n'existe plus. Je ne sais pas si il y a un autre façon. Pour le reste merci du bon service. Michel Grenier”

“Terible experience. I dont recommende it! They use the fact that we cuban are deseperated to help their families! dont accept our opinions or our constructive criticism because they are to sensitive.(Notprofesional at all). Not all of us can use the app, now we are paying the price for that(terrible) I prefer not to think that this is just a tactic to male people to download the app, that would be very cruel! bye!”
