“Been a customer for many years. The only complaint I would say is sometimes difficult to communicate when there is a problem. Sonia has been very helpful for me and I appreciate her efforts. I understand many changes are taking place in Cuba and Duales is adjusting to the changes. I give the company 5 stars because for all the many years of service the problems have been very few. They have met or exceeded my expectation .”

“Really bad ,problems with the app I had to unistale because it said error to autoverify all the time .I'm not be able to use because it have been ask for a code that I don't even have it . This service should be improved for better not for bad is not free . Is impossible talk to some one by phone nighmare”

“Duales has always successfully transferred money to Cuba but I find the process rather convoluted. However, I recognize that may well be the result of the system in Cuba which is insane.”

“I have found Duales very easy to work with now that I have gotten used to sending money to my friend in Cuba. The only problem I have is with my friend in Cuba wants to get US dollars. She could then go on line and buy products that are very hard to get from the Peso stores. In most cases she can't get what she wants. I have tried signing up for your DUE card and your Igor calls me and he wants me to have a second phone and I don't get anywhere because I just have one cell phone. He usually gives up on me and I have never being able to get your card.You are already dealing with US dollars on your site. Why can't you make the site able to give US dollar to my friend.”
