“I pulled up to the drive thru at 5:40 am. No one responded. I waited a good amount of time. When I pulled away I drove past a group of their employees gathered behind the store. Other customers also left without service. This store in North East Md is consistently going downhill. This area needs an alternative.”

“i sat there for 15 minutes and didn’t even make it to the front of the line to make a order and there was 5 people in the line including me. They were barely working, they wernt trying to have any urgency even though the line was getting longer. I love dunkin’s food and drink but their service has to be stepped up, the workers were rude and made it very clear they didn’t want to work or be there.”

“The whole staff is rude and has attitudes. Theres always something wrong with my order and when I say something about it have an attitude to correct the issue even the manager.”

“Currently standing at the counter for 5 minutes. I'm the only one here. There are 3 workers who have all seen me, but completely ignored me. I gut they're busy, but a "welcome to dunkin, well be right with you" would have gone above long way. Do better.”

“I thoroughly enjoyed my visit to your casselberry dunkin. The staff there was very friendly and personable. The workers name was Kristopher or Kristopher, and he made the vibe in your establishment very inviting GG and bright. His smile was completely contagious and it made the whole place very cheery and joyful. I always enjoy dunking coffee and he even remembered exactly how I like my coffee after only one visit. The lady there was also very sweet and smiling. A friendly happy place makes everyone feel more positive to start their day right. I'm sold as a regular at the casselberry location now.”

“It is very disrespectful that Dunkin' Donuts created a six dollar breakfast meal deal that only offers pork sausages, as everyone does not eat, pork and pork, has a lot of health risks , how can you not offer the turkey sauces with this meal deal, no consideration whatsoever!”

“Duncan Donuts has changed a lot through the years. The prices is too high especially the coffee. Coffee should not be this expensive especially when receive a 3/4 full cup. The donuts aren’t usually hard by the early afternoon. They barely put filling in it. It’s not just one Duncan Donut place , it’s everywhere and even out of state. Duncan even have taken out donuts like Lemon Donuts. They can never compare to Krispy Kreme. Thats why I no longer shop at Duncan . I go to Wawa for my coffee now because it’s way cheaper than Duncan and Krispy Kreme for for donuts. Duncan Donuts need to get it together. The reviews shows it.”

“I went into the store at 1566 E Main to buy a box of tea which I very much enjoy. Stood at the counter for 5 minutes. 3 staff members saw me standing there, but did not both to help me. Disgusting worthless customer service”

“I need to commend the employees, especially Ariel, and the staff for the first time in our Dunkin Donuts store, located at 22722 State Rd 54 in Lutz, FL in more than a year. I am giving a great excellent review because I was so impressed by their professionalism, organization, attitude, supervision and prompt service which I experienced yesterday, March 22, 2025. The new team of employees are the best!!! That store, under the old supervision was the worse and they were failing the store in every was imaginable. They never had anything in stock, especially ice cream, and they had terrible attitudes and just did not care. This store made a complete turn around and I was so happy to go in there yesterday and feel great for the first time in a very long time. I know they will now succeed with the great staff that they have hired. They all made an excellent on me and I congratulated all of them before I left, especially Ariel who is an asset to your company. Thank you all for finally making the store the 'Best' one ever!!! “Have purchased DD extra extra creamer for years. Cost was 2.67 now 4.89! No way would it increase in cost that much. It’s Total corporate GREED!! I’m leaving it and changed brands. Bye DD”

“Worse service I have ever had! Attempted to order a decaf iced coffee. He told me I could use the Nouria self serve or he could make it. I declined. I then ordered a turkay sausage and cheese breakfast wrap. He said they don’t have turkey sausage. Said regular sausage is fine. Shopped in the store and when I came back for the order he said we don’t have decaf iced coffee. Questioned that but said fine . Just give me the wrap. Said he didn’t make it. WTH! Will never go back there again😡. DD on tower lane in Goffstown is the best”

“This is our normal Dunkin and usually the service is fine enough but the guy at the drive thru today was especially rude for no reason. I realized they were out of what I was going to get and I asked him to give me a second to see what I would want instead when he snapped at me and told me to communicate better and continued to be short at the window. I try my best to be understanding because food service is hard but this was so unnecessary. He should not be working the window with that attitude.”
