“The Dunkin’ Donuts on Sea St. in Quincy. I actually always bring my own coffee from home but today I had to stop on my way to work and I got a Dunkin coffee. I should’ve picked up a pile of dirt and put it in a hot cup of water. it would’ve tasted better. I don’t know what’s going on and not wash their pots or what but it was terrible. I should’ve went back. I didn’t have time obviously but really that was the worst cup of coffee. I’ve had a long time that’s why I make it at home usually but I had no cream.”

“I went to dunkin near the cvs plaza near the hudson rotary and i had a terrible experience. i wish i could say this was my first time having an unpleasant time at this particular dunkin. the manager is so awfully rude. makes some comments that i really don’t appreciate. i got to dunkin’s to start of my morning better you know? why not have a coffee and a bagel to start my day off right. but as soon as i encounter the manager which she takes over the drive thru window, her attitude just makes me regret my decision of choosing dunkin.”

“I went into the 2nd avenue store in Troy Riverside plaza today and I was offended. Who I believe to be was the store manager was rude, unprofessional and was barking at me about her equipment not accepting payment. Her sidekick, some young boy was being so confrontational that she had to tell him to stop. What a bunch of ignorant employees in there.”

“I just recently quit my job at Dunkin. I would not recommend working here, first let’s just start by talking about I always got mistreated! My second day ( SECOND) day of what they called it “training” expecting me to know how to make every drink! And everyone spoke Spanish that I worked with, which was really frustrating to me.They were always understaffed. Always out of something. Would always overlook a small problem and turn it into something bigger. I never felt welcome there. Especially trying to do something while everyone makes you feel like anything you do is not good enough.. I really tried. I don’t know what else you wanted more from me! I was always be the one getting blamed for everything. One day I fell in the freezer..They didn’t ask if I was OK. All they did was blame me for the shoes I was wearing, just comes to show you lack respect. My shoes weren’t the problem. No one mopped the floor, which was very inconsiderate. So no I wouldn’t work here again.”

“It is disheartening that many stores in Queens NY have stale muffins. The purpose of baked goods is that they smell and taste fresh. The donuts swem to be okay but I am tired of wasting hard earned money on refrigerated stale food at start of day. The health department should do spot checks. I swear one location was so bad they looked homemade, another was hard like a rock and a third I dound a foreign object baked inside the blueberry muffin. Stop and shop does a better job, Health department of New york we need you. People have long work days and need fresh food and coffee as we serve our communities. Dry, Dry, Stale.”

“i literally asked for light ice, in the beginning of the order and the end. "just to make sure, i wanted "LIGHT ICED MATCHA LATTE" emphasized the light. and they still put a bunch of ice that filled the whole up.”

“Stopped at local Dunkin’ and ordered a sausage egg and cheese on sour dough. I got the sausage and cheese, no egg. Your sandwiches are not the best to begin with, then you can’t even make it correctly. Doubt I will ever stop again.”

“My family and I were at the L.A.X airport and bought some sandwiches from Dunkin Donuts, and had an awful experience. I ordered multiple of the sourdough egg, cheese, and sausage sandwichs and the sourdough was very hard to chew on. Unfortunately I had ordered 5 of them.”

“I stop at 2 different Dunkin Donuts to get a dozen of donuts for my coworkers, neither one of the stores had any donuts...Really?? I also had a an app on my phone for Dunkin. I went there often and stored up points. I went to use them ...points GONE! Make sure you use your points with in 6 m or they steal your points! I will never be back!... Not will I buy their products!”

“Today I went to Dunkin Donuts. I am very disappointed in what I got for my money. Purchased four blueberry muffins. They are nothing like they used to be. Did not find one pump blueberry in the entire muffin. They used to be big and plump in the tops were overflowing now they're short and flat. Almost like they're using freeze dried Ready Mix. Certainly isn't worth what they charge not to mention iced coffee is almost $4 there now. Them for a $1.89. As I said in the beginning very disappointed. Next time I make my muffins at home”
