“They managed to lose two 3m long metal poles, then failed to deliver the replacements that the vendor sent via a next day service. Useless!”

“Twice the DX courier has gone to the wrong address and then claimed I wasn’t in to receive the delivery. I eventually managed to contact the company after the first delivery and arranged for the delivery to be made today (Saturday). Unsurprisingly the courier failed to find the address again. I’ve tried the chat but it’s timed out 3 times. I thought Evri were bad but DX are worse.”

“These cretins wasted four consecutive days of my life by lying in their notification to deliver. Each day they failed to show. On the fourth day I told the company I had ordered from I was not going at accept delivery and told them to reverse the order, which they did. Next day I received a further notification that delivery was due that day! This was followed by a ‘we attempted delivery today’ notification - a blatant lie as I was in all day - and ‘we left a calling card’ Another lie! They have the audacity to proclaim they are the preferred delivery courier for the company I purchased from, a company I have used in good faith for years. I shall be informing them of how much these incompetent, lying morons are damaging their good reputation with their nonexistent and dishonest service.”

“Delivered a day late- which I could understand if anyone bothered to communicate which DX didn’t. They then delivered and dumped parcel just in stair way door- not at my door. And practically ran back to van to leave. Not impressed”

“Worst company ever. Driver phones for instructions then never gets out of his van. Says he left a card.. he did not, nor did he answer his phone. As soon as we went out he drove off. Absolutely useless. Rang them and on hold. Not responded to email. Just how do you get any work when you are this useless?”

“Horrendous company can't get hold of them to ask them to leave with a neighbour and you try and ring them it's all automated for a resend. Said they have tried to delivery twice been in all day have told H Samuel to get the item sent back and issue a refund if I could I wouldn't even give them one star!!”

“Not delivery but put the status Delivered. When try to contact they said it's smash. Will resent for me but they didn't do anything after. Still leave the status "Delivered"”

“Very poor service left note for driver you leave parcel in letter box or call me Because I went to pickup my kids from school instead drop it calling me driver left note I missed you .. very poor service DX And when I’m calling company 30 min waiting on call I’m only hearing someone will come to call soon . Never ever used this company .”

“Absolutely the worst company ever. 10 days i have been waiting for delivery, they have delivered by order in 3 goes & still missing the vital delivery. In the end the fence company had to send an employee over 100 miles in a car to delivery the item whilst DX continue to mess us around. AVOID !!!!!!”

“Very poor delivery company. Have said that they have tried to deliver and they haven’t. Then customer service told me that he couldn’t get here due to a road closure? I’ve had Amazon, eBay and online deliveries get here no problem at all.”

“Absolute joke!! I'm waiting in for a parcel that should have come last week. It seems everyone has the same problem, unreliable tracking and late delivery. I will be updating my supplier so they know not to send parcels with them. £6.95 for next day delivery and 6 days later it still isn't here.”

“Do not use!! If your supplier uses DX find a new supplier!! I have been waiting 6 days for an overnight delivery and was told on three separate occasions by Kirsty from head office that the package would be delivered the next day!! Final straw was when I offered to collect the parcel myself from the Haydock depot where it has been for 5 days but was told by Michel in head office it had been sent out on a Saturday delivery and would be delivered before 12pm if not I could collect myself!! Nothing..... So called at depot to find it wasn't even open on a Saturday!! 18th Birthday Present for my son been that he will now miss!! Thanks DX”
