Delivered parcel within the time frame allotted very friendly and polite driver. Just a little confusion on the quantity of parcels they said they were delivering but order was correct

Absolutely disgusting. I missed the first delivery of a letter which I needed to sign for, I have ried to rearrange delivery, and they are telling me they have already delivered it!!

I completely agree with previous post. Got text stating it would be delivered the next day which would have been Wednesday 10th. After checking online tracking stated Friday 12th worked from home that day but no delivery. Was at home until afternoon on Saturday , going online this morning they have claimed to have delivered my passport on Saturday at 0916 and signed for. Phoned Dx up spoke to an extremely rude disinterested lady who would not listen or help stating it had been delivered and would not look into this saying it had been signed for and I would have to chase my missing bank card up with my bank. This is my passport a major concern that they thought it was a bank card

Got off to a bad start as dx struggled to find a delivery can large enough for items and the planned delivery day did not happen, however the next morning we spoke to a very helpful man called Ian, and within 2 hours both deliveries were here. A disappointing start was forgotten about by how well the recovery was handled by Ian and the depot. Items arrived safe and well. Many thanks to Ian and all involved.

DX make the mistake of sending a text everyday telling you to be in from 7am to 6pm, when they know very well that they are not going to deliver that day. They are obviously using inexperienced drivers who can't possibly get all their calls done. No one to telephone/contact. Having said that, my delivery actually came today after waiting in for four days! Well done John, the lovely driver, he deserves praise.

Got to laugh ( or will cry) I ordered a bucket with mop on Amazon.£15 Had email saying DX would deliver between 0700 and 1700.. wasn’t t worried as if not in my neighbour takes things in. When got home there was a note through door saying it needed a signature so needed a redelivery. I logged on.. this was easy and thought I would get redelivery to my neighbour next day.. but on the site it said they needed my Id( passport or driving licence) given to said neighbour and that the neighbour also needed id or they would not leave it... well I’m not going to give my id to a neighbour so I took my id and arranged redelivery to my parents.. couple miles away..... to cut long story short... the delivery driver just left parcel on their porch... why didn’t they do that at my house? I then had to drive and collect it... so annoying... and it was obvious it was a bucket lol!

After 3 x failed deliveries very frustrating!.. Got delivery yesterday. Staff extremely polite & apologetic and worked hard to resolve. Everyone out there patience and empathy to hard working drivers during this pandemic and road works which seem to be everywhere which accounts for delayse etc. Well Done DX Thankyou.Ray Squires

They didnt. Delivery wasnt complete so we waited 8 days for the rest of the delivery. Only we waited to open all the parcels, opened them today and one of the parts is broken right down the middle. If we try to open it entirely it will be in 2 pieces. Thus was expensive do we are sending it back to the company we ordered it from.

Poor service. Prematurley informed that delivery would be 13.1.20. Two texts informing of delivery. Second text 14.1.20 informing delivery would be 13.1.20. A signature was required. The consequence and inconvenience was a day off work taken for no delivery required to make an arrangement for a relative to make themself available for 14.1.20 delivery did take place. Feedback was item not recived by DX until 13.1.20. Administration and communication requires to get its act together. A service running at the cost and inconvenience of its customers. This is unacceptable and very poor quality. Browned off customer who would not recommend DX. This information.will.also be fed back to the sender of the goods.

I used to be a Team Leader at South London depot for 9 years. Higher management were rubbish. My manager was lazy and used to turn up few hours late every night and hide away leaving me to run shift or always going sick. Staff seemed to do as they please and would not listen to me and if I took complaint higher nothing was ever done. Even when I left job the management couldn't be bothered to give me a nice send off after 9 years and hardly going sick and never late. The day I handed my notice in my manager was running around the warehouse asking every Tom, Dick and Harry if they wanted my job as he knew that once I had gone he would have to deal with everything. Awful company.

I am only giving 2 stars because the items were delivered. DX have had to deliver to me on 3 occasions in the last 2 weeks, each time I get an email saying your item will be delivered today (great) on each occasion I then get another email later that day, saying sorry we missed you, they have not missed me, I have been in all day on every occasion, their driver has not bothered to try to deliver. If you are not going to deliver don't say that you are!!

Advised delivery would be between 13:07-15:07 only for the parcel to attempt delivery at 12:39 and because I was informed it would be softer 1:00 I didn’t rush home and therefore miss the delivery.

Bad service made worse by abysmal customer care. This company is sadly declining in terms of reliability, customer service, trust and professionalism. I am still waiting for DX to deliver a parcel that was promised 3 days ago. Each day I receive an SMS giving the name of the person who is going to deliver, but no useful estimate of when (it's usually "between 8:36 and 19:20" or some such large timescale). The parcel is then NOT delivered and there is no notification as to when it will be delivered, until the next message arrives and another broken promise. The only way to contact them is via twitter as the phone number is an automated robot that having asked for your tracking number only wants to re-arrange delivery. Twitter does get a response, but all they do is the same as the automated voice-of-apathy and say "we will make sure its on a van for delviery tomorrow". Watch out for this phrase - it's misleading. The fact your parcel is "on a van" does not mean that it will be delivered. My parcel has been on 3 vans in my area, and it's still not been delivered. So far I have lost 3 days work because of their inability to deliver the service they have been paid for. To add insult to injury, I have just been offered the chance to go and collect my parcel from their warehouse myself - effectively they are being paid and not doing their job. By inviting me to spend MORE money to compensate them for their incompetence is offensive, unprofessional and frankly insulting. I have given 2 stars purely in recognition that there are UK-wide issues with drivers. Otherwise, the total lack of assistance, approachability, professionalism and basic ability to "do what they promise" would have reduced this 1. A very poor experience overall. They do not care about customers.

Where do I start, they said the supplier hadn’t delivered them anything so back and forth until they admitted they had the parcel. Then they said they were going to call on a number ending 162, no call. On the day of delivery they told me it was out for delivery so took an emergency days holiday and it arrived around 6pm. Delivery driver sat in the van on a call, so I opened the gates and pottered round the garden for 10 mins whilst he finished, he then dropped the back of the van but didn’t use the tail lift, and picked up the over large - over weight package of a SHED with no truck, I asked where his truck was and he just stared at me and dropped the parcel in the garden and walked away. Worst case of H&S I’ve ever seen, he lifted this large package from height and was clearly struggling. I couldn’t even move it to go on a truck that is how heavy it was. No call or text to say on the way or a timescale. Package was sent on 14th arrived on 17th .
