4 false attempts to deliver important documents and still not received. Absolute joke! Never use DX couriers - worse in UK.

DX Tracking States the Following: Monday 04 Dec 2023 02:57Hrs "Out for delivery today" Nope! Waited in all day, Delivery depot is 14 miles from my address. No Further Update. Live Chat Useless. DX So called Xperts. I thought My Hermes (Evri) was bad, but this shower, DX puts even Evri to Shame. I remember when DX was Nightfreight, nothing has changed.

Absolute joke of a company never using there service again twice they said nobody was home when in fact they were the ones who did not come this company is a joke and needs to be shut down been over a week and no sign of my parcels.

Always ordering via Amazon, first time that DX were the company. Failed to deliver up to 3 times now and yet other companies are getting through at the same time. Chat is useless and dont bother phoning its all automated.

Liars! First sent a message telling me the driver couldn't find my house, funny because he was sat outside it looking at it for a few moments. I take it the drivers can't do simple sums. By the time I got outside he was disappearing down the wrong street! Then I got a message saying sorry you weren't in when we called! Disgusting way to conduct business. I have asked original company I bought from to cancel my order and refund me ASAP. I will NOT be buying from them again. They must know about problems with this delivery company and yet still use them!

Yep yet again a delivery service that cant keep there word been waiting in all day and the parcel never turned up, delivery slot was standard all day

I usually only provide good and very good reviews but I feel this company is really not worth any decent review. The one star is an overinflated rating. DX is providing by far the worse delivery and customer care experience compared to any other competitor, starting from logistics, feeding customer information and feedback during tracking and delivery processes, lack of care in handling parcels, organising collections etc. I am struggling to get a simple parcel delivered, it appears it is the second day attempt ( relying on e-mails and tracking) although there was someone at home. Which normal person can spend days taking days off and checking behind curtains anytime you hear a van passing or stopping? I don’t understand why the seller is using their “services”, will review them as well and will mention it. I had bad experiences prior and here they are again. It is so frustrating no one can respond in real time, cannot just find out when a driver can arrive but mainly why they keep not delivering day after day…or they just do not come and report no one was present… it happened before.

....Sorry to hear that you had a bad experience with DX, What went wrong?..... Honestly do they really need to ask that, they know themselves the service run! Supposed to arrive yesterday , never showed up ! Phoned the next day to ask where it was, was informed that we would get it sometime next week! I asked if it was supposed to be out and delivered yesterday why isn't it back out today as a priority ! Best they can do is sometime next week ! Honestly ... What went wrong ?? Well how about the company which chose DX to deliver my item.

Now 5-days late, never answer their phone and nobody available on the online chat - complete joke of an outfit. With all the shocking reviews along the same lines, why does anybody at all use them?

Can i give them a -100 not even worth a 0. The worst company i have ever encountered in my 40 odd years. My delivery was due 3 days ago and even though i am in and sitting out in the cold during the time slot they never come to my area and still have the effrontery to send me sorry we missed you. A sham company. They wont even answer the calls until after 45- 1 hour.- I will be raising a complaint useless company

Ordered two radiators through a supplier. Only one arrived. Both were dispatched from supplier at the same time. How on god's earth can a two part order be split up during transit..?! Especially two heavy radiators 1800 x 600 in size.! This is not the first time I have had issues with this courier company. Any potential suppliers need to be aware of this as it reflects on their own service, to a degree where by I probably won't use this particular supplier again. It's not the suppliers fault at all, but personally cannot have work held up due undelivered items.

Useless lazy people. My delivery was due today, I am home but I wont open door unless you knock or use the ring doorbell!!!!! Driver got out of his van walked around his took pic of my house and left. I evenwent outside and said do you need me? He ignored and left!!!!!!

Once more my delivery didn't arrive on the said day and I took time off work. The tracking stopped with no explanation. Another wasted day. At least this time I didn't get any lies saying delivery was attempted. If I knew DX Express were the carriers I wouldn't have bought the item.

Lied about attempting fo deliver. Had booked off the afternoon as well. Online chat is useless. Have to arrange a redelivery myself, which means booking more time off. Absolute joke

Absolutely disgraceful company from the get go. My mother could’ve delivered 7 babies before they delivered my parcel. Delivery was 1 week late in fact it actaully wasn’t even delivered, I had to drive 66miles to the airport to collect my parcel. Customer service was also a joke rang them and had to ring about 7 different numbers they gave me before I got an answer and still never got no information so I took it upon my self to drive to collect my parcel. Tracking updates say “they tried to deliver my parcel” 6 days in a row but I still had to go collect it myself Absolute scumbag of a company

Delivered on time, however driver had an attitude when i said you only need to press the buzzer once. He was so rude i couldn't believe it!
