Never ever delivered. Everytime it is next day next day...approved by helpdesk but never arrived. Gave up.

Told it was being delivered over a week ago now... contact number just says email is or use live chat...no one available on Live chat.contacted the supplier.He was told can't deliver because of road closure even though two other roads to get to my house available.Next excuse was truck to big to fit down country lane.(they are delivering a roof rack)was then informed they will send it in a van.still didn't arrive because they said can't get down because of road closure..I think you can gather by now they are lazy and unhelpful useless company.Dont use them.

Got off to a bad start as dx struggled to find a delivery can large enough for items and the planned delivery day did not happen, however the next morning we spoke to a very helpful man called Ian, and within 2 hours both deliveries were here. A disappointing start was forgotten about by how well the recovery was handled by Ian and the depot. Items arrived safe and well. Many thanks to Ian and all involved.

It says on my online shopping app that dx express have delivered my parcel and that I have signed for it ,,,,funny that because I was not even home ,,,,,so big fat lie ,,,but ring door bell shows man open van door then shut it and drive off without getting any parcel out of van

Had ikea products delivered today. The two young lads parked their van on my drive. Straight away I told them they can’t do that without asking my permission. At first he asked if he wanted me to move it (I said no, it was already there. What was the point now) we then argued over it. Their point of view was, they always do it, I didn’t write on the delivery notes not to park on my drive and I was being rude for questioning them. How dare I tell a delivery driver not to park on my property without permission…..

Its No Star i was told by dx it would be deliver on 2nd Jan 2024 Then 3rd Jan then 4th Jan and Friday 5th Jan E Mailed and Live chat but still on Parcel

My parcel was delivered to another address in the same street. It was dumped into the basement area of another house. The driver actually photographed both the wrong door and the parcel lying in the basement!

Contacted my supplier and was told DX delivered and I signed for it. Wrong! First,I was not told it was being delivered that day and not informed it had been delivered. I never left the house but somehow they managed to get a picture of the parcel on my step without me or my dog hearing. I never received the parcel.

3 days in a row they have said they tried to deliver but no one has rang our doorbell and no calling card has been left. After emailing and kicking off about the situation nothing changed, exactly the same situation again! 4 times now! I honestly do not how this company is operational, nothing gets delivered because no one tries to deliver anything!! Beyond terrible "service"!

Terrible delivery service. They made me stay at home waiting and kept changing delivery dates. This is unacceptable. My items were Live plants and I never got them at all.

Given delivery time and date parcel did not arrive.Given time for next day did not arrive.Third time lucky.Shrug the shoulders.My time lost.Perhaps the sender of the goods could check the reviews before using them.

Doesn't even deserve 1 star. TERRIBLE company. No service offered, online chat never available, phone lines always automated then cuts off. Waited in all day, they then sent a mail saying I was not in and they left a card. They didn't leave a card. It's NOT possible to contact this company whether its about the parcel or about complaining about the rude and abusive driver (he said "if you want your package you have to come here" driver, who then lifted it in the air so I couldn't reach whilst he finished being rude) . DO NOT USE. Terrible!

The worse company ever, don't use i totally don't recommend it, i paid for express delivery had a tracking number and was saying that's going to arrive Friday waited all day and by 10 pm still showing that arriving that day, even the next day was still showing that arriving the day before, no one to call just they changed my delivery date to another when i contacted the live chat team and couldn't change it to a date that sorted me she giving me one day that they can deliver my parcel, so disappointed paid lot of money for that delivery and got a very bad experience never again.

I am waiting for my package since 13th. It was meant to be delivered on 13th Dec but no one even attempted delivery, sent email to DX got no response. Then they rescheduled delivery for 14th again no show. Again I was told it will be delivered on priority on 15th again no one delivered. No response from DX. Can someone from DX please tell what's going on with the parcels.
