Doesn't even deserve 1 star. TERRIBLE company. No service offered, online chat never available, phone lines always automated then cuts off. Waited in all day, they then sent a mail saying I was not in and they left a card. They didn't leave a card. It's NOT possible to contact this company whether its about the parcel or about complaining about the rude and abusive driver (he said "if you want your package you have to come here" driver, who then lifted it in the air so I couldn't reach whilst he finished being rude) . DO NOT USE. Terrible!

The worse company ever, don't use i totally don't recommend it, i paid for express delivery had a tracking number and was saying that's going to arrive Friday waited all day and by 10 pm still showing that arriving that day, even the next day was still showing that arriving the day before, no one to call just they changed my delivery date to another when i contacted the live chat team and couldn't change it to a date that sorted me she giving me one day that they can deliver my parcel, so disappointed paid lot of money for that delivery and got a very bad experience never again.

I am waiting for my package since 13th. It was meant to be delivered on 13th Dec but no one even attempted delivery, sent email to DX got no response. Then they rescheduled delivery for 14th again no show. Again I was told it will be delivered on priority on 15th again no one delivered. No response from DX. Can someone from DX please tell what's going on with the parcels.

Terrible service! Resheduled six times,due for delivery tomorrow,keeping fingers crossed but not hopeful at all.have lost money from waiting in.all at their convenience! Appalling.eventually can see it going to court,hope package not chucked!

No star to be given actually, terrible service without an actual live customer service line to contact to. My delivery was re-scheduled for 5 times. Every time they booked a day of delivery and come out with a message saying 'unable to deliver as expected' without telling me why. I wasted my whole day waiting for the delivery which will never arrive! Still waiting for my parcel and their reply.

I have used a lot of courier services but DX are the absolute worst. They have lost a package worth £400. They keep saying it is about to be delivered but when it comes to locating it they cannot find it. This has been going on for over a week. The package was supposed to arrive 7 days ago. Their customer service is absolutely useless, just a series of automations and chatbots. Look on Trustpilot under DX rather than DX Delivery and you will see their true rating of 1.3 stars which they keep trying to supress.

Terrible delivery service, waited over a week kept receiving texts that the parcel was going to be delivered between a certain time but did not turn up. After making many calls I finally received this. I wasted three days waiting on the parcel. Definitely do not send anything with this delivery service.

Ordered from a supplier and dx was delivery company. Left parcel outside my home and have said I phoned them asking to leave outside however can't provide me with the audio call as they are lieing. Total Sham of a company taking photo of deliverd goods then picking the item back up? Nothing but theifs

DX supposed to deliver on Wednesday then on Thursday, then promised it would be Friday turned out they have now changed it to Monday. Order cancelled, I feel bad for sellers as this is the 3rd time.e this year I have had to cancel an order bei g delivered by this company. Even after cancellation they still insisted on trying to deliver one item 3 separate times over 3 weeks,each time the driver was sent away!!

For the 3rd day running my parcel is being delivered 'today'. It still hasn't arrived, there's not phone number to call and no one available to respond on chat at 4:30. Terrible service.

DX are the most incompetent couriers out there. Every single time we get something shipped with DX the cannon find us so don't bother trying. We work from home and are always in, yet countless times we've received "sorry we missed you"

Take a day off work to wait in for my parcel which doesn't arrive. Reschedule it for another day. Tried live chat to confirm but always busy. Contacted them via their website to confirm rescheduled date & apparently there's an "internal issue" with the contents of my parcel. Pretty sure that's code for "it's smashed" but when were they going to tell me? Why did they let me keep rescheduling a delivery they knew wasn't going to be delivered?!

So awful. I’m very stressed as 3 times I was told my order was coming but I’m still waiting. I’ve called the store I purchased from and they said that if it’s not with me today they will use another courier and get another out to me. I will never purchase if DX are the courier. I think it’s lost!

Absolutely awful. If you order anything from anyone and they say they use DX just cancel the order. It will more than likely go missing. Just save yourself the heart ache. Why angling direct have started using these is beyond logic. Even this complaints log is dross. How many days did it take to arrive is a question ?!? How about NEVER on multiple occasions because you’re useless ! Who made the delivery ?!? NO ONE WAS THE ITEM DAMAGED ? Are you taking the Mickey out of customers or something ?

I wouldn’t let this people deliver anything if I have choice the worse’s delivery I have ever seen . Absolutely awful and unprofessional . I wouldn’t buy anything online if I know this company deliver my items .

Awful service. 3 parcels undelivered after weeks waiting for first one. No one update you what's going on. Just sends out times to sit at home and wait Waste of time and money. AVOID. Look at the reviews... same issue every time.

Parcel delivered to wrong address twice, says left in a safe place when not requested to do so. They might aswell not send the wagons and save fuel.
