This company is horrible! They will try to get over on you and make up things stating something is wrong with the vehicle when you return it. I would not advise anyone to rent a vehicle from this company especially the ones in Orlando!

Easirent is atrocious. They didn't have the car I reserved - didn't have any car at all - so my family and I were stuck at the airport with no transportation. And easirent did exactly nothing to help resolve the situation or offer any assistance. What's the point of even making a reservation if this is how it goes? DO NOT be tempted to check it out for yourself - you'll regret it

When I arrived at the office, they had no cars to rent. The people behind the counter was arguing with each other. Then I was told that there was a late fee because I arrived a little late, the day I was there they charged everyone late fees unless you brought some of there add On's, then I found out that the counter was only open from 8 to 6 and I had an early filght out of Houston and was told that I had to get a ride to the airport on my own. This is the first time I have ev er had to pay a late fee that was more than the car rental itself.

t's a fraudulent company that double charges customers, and no customer service to find out what happened. I have been trying to contact them to complain about their charge, but it has been impossible. I rented a car at Easirent Miami Airport, where I got a good service, but when I tried to find out why they charged me twice, I hit a wall. I accessed the company website, called every number they have, but calls go directly to a full voicemail, or nobody picks up the phone. I tried the email, but it returns an error message. I strongly recommend to avoid this company.

Easirent at DDW is a joke!! Waited at the rental car center after taking the shuttle from DFW and no one showed up. Had a nephew playing in the Division 2 National Football Championship at McKinney. Had to get to the game!! Called the shuttle Pickup number - no answer. Picked the choice to talk to the Easirent location - no answer. Called several times and no answer. Finally went to the Hertz desk and had car in a few minutes. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!!

I reserved an economy car. I called twice to go over my reservation and to make sure the price I was quoted was accurate. When I got there, they had no economy cars available and could only rent me something that was more than double what I was quoted!! I was super upset that happened to me. Especially where I thought I was doing my due diligence by calling twice to go over my reservation. "Easirent" more like "Easily fooled if you rent".

This place reminds me of a business that is one of Saul Goodman's ideas for money laundering. It is seriously the most unprofessional, shadiest car rental places I have ever encountered. I selected it by going with the lowest price on Expedia. I ended up in some off site trailer. I had to get a shuttle to the car renter place, and then another shuttle to this shady trailer. The workers had no uniforms. Most looked like they were involved in some sort of criminal activity. The other customers all seemed to have challenged paying for their cars. When I returned mine the guy waiting seemed drunk and was burping continuously. I witnessed a fight between employees. When I got to the trailer I had to wait over an hour and half. It takes them forever to get people their cars booked and have them out. The car was dirty and not even cleaned. They have hidden fees and insurance they make you buy that is way over the Expedia price. You are probably better off taking a bus or an uber.

I paid for a car rental, $232, I was charged over $300 in liability insurance, they would not accept my own insurance. I felt robbed, they didn't even give me the insurance documents and after I had signed they told me I had to bring the car clean or I'd be charged $250 for cleaning fees. AVOID this company, they use many names one switch, routes etc..

Was not located where stated, off-site and off-site return. 1st car, the cigarette smoke was severely strong; I'm highly allergic, so I requested another car (the counter person was very rude (but the manager was fine). 2nd car was very dirty, and on the second day of rental, the temp tag in the window ran out of date; when called, they stated don't worry about it. The website is very misleading about the "policies" that they have in place and where the business is located. If I had known that there would be no shuttle to take us back to the airport, I would have booked from another company. I would not want anyone to have this experience, horrible customer service and cars are very dirty inside and out. I was not the only one not happy in the building, 3 other customers, with 1 walking out.

I recently booked and prepaid for a car reservation in Las Vegas. Within 30 minutes of making the booking I learned that it was not going to be possible to make this trip. I immediately cancelled this reservation through their website. Little did I know that they would not refund the $107.81 that I had paid them via an American Express card. Would a reputable company not accept a quick cancelation and refund everything paid? I'm sure a "reputable" company would. Since this whole experience happened, I now see many many reviews of horror stories of dealing and renting form this rip off rental service. Do yourself a favor and pass these great rates by and rent from a company that will treat their customers with good practices and not scam type ripoffs

JAX rental office told us our car was red and that was it. Could only figure out which one by starting the car. No one to check car for damage or gas as usual. We soon found out after 137 miles we were on empty. They did not give us a full tank of gas as usual and expected. When we went to return the car the manager was VERY rude. Would not tell me what our mileage was until he insisted we sign the paperwork. I wanted to discuss the problem but he walked out leaving me talking. The other person in the office was just shaking her head at his actions. No way should FRANCKY JEANTY be allowed to be a manager. It ended up costing me $65 to go 327 miles. I will say that the other employees were friendly and cooperative.

Horrible experience, overcharging and no shuttle service before 8am. My flight left earlier and they told me to call Uber. The car had no gas, was filthy and smelled. Took it back a day early and they asked me where the gas was. I had to remind them that I had to go straight to a gas station when I picked up the vehicle. DONT RENT HERE!

The shuttle never arrived after waiting for 30 minutes, and another couple had arrived 30 minutes prior. Paid $50 for a cab ride to the location for under 10 minutes. Ridiculous. Been here for over an hour 30 minutes and still not checked in even though I checked in online.

Terrible. I rented a car for four days from the Dallas airport for a work trip. My flights were cancelled morning of and therefore the work trip was cancelled. They would not refund my money. They must be making bank off flight cancellations. This is such a disappointment and poor way to manage a business.

NEVER rent from this company, I was left on a curb side walk waiting for a van to pick me up at car rental site of airport for over 1 hour, the driver seemd disinterested , wouldnt help with luggage or respond to questions. Then at rental OFF SITE office-2 reps talked with each other, didnt seemed interested in helping customers, demanded us to contact our insurance brokers on phone and provide "declaration page" of our personal insurance contract since we refused to buy there insurance-so now its been 2 1/2 hours since my plane landed AND STILL no car. Then when I returned my car to catch an early flight- to my surprise BECAUSE I WAS NEVER INFORMED- they dont open till 0800- so IM 30 minutes away from the airport in some outiside town location, in the dark, by myself-left to figure out how to get to airport- called an UBER. They also took 250.00 as "security deposit"-despite having already paid for car through pricelines-will be shocked if I get that back!!! THEY ARE CROOKS

Easirent placed a $500 hold on my credit card as a security deposit. Twenty-one days after I returned the car, they still have not released the hold. When you call the (888) number, you're placed into a queue. "You're caller number three waiting in the queue. You're caller number two waiting in the queue." When it's finally your turn to speak to a representative, the phone rings but no one answers and eventually the call disconnects...

Horrid experience. Cannot comment on customer service as they had no staff, with a room full of customers!
