“Website doesn't have hidden charges and is straightforward to use. Doesn't get top marks as missed the take-off slot on our recent flight to Prague from Gatwick meaning a 1.5 hour delay but we were kept informed and made up half an hour on the way. Reasonable prices if booked early enough, and the Gatwick departure means overall cost is lower than Stansted departure as London-Gatwick by normal train (not Gatwick Express!) using an Oyster or contactless bank card is much cheaper than the rip-off London-Stansted train.”

“My return flight timings were changed by Easyjet and were no longer convenient. Easyjet did not give me an option to change my flight to fly to an alternative UK airport on the same date and would only allow me to either accept the new flight time or fly back on a different date which was not an option. I spent over 2 hours trying to telephone easyjet but never got to speak to an agent as there was a high call volume, and their online 'contact us' option only allows for a certain amount of text to be inserted and I had to send my message in 3 'chunks' as the whole message could not be sent as one complete message.”
“Ref ID: 113332498 - cancelled my flight to Ibiza 10 minutes before take off, no proper reasoning given. Rude customer service at desk, showed a complete lack of sympathy. I almost missed my brothers wedding as a result. It's now 4 weeks since I heard from your customer service team, who have promised refunds and compensations. Despite providing the necessary receipts. Someone needs to get in touch as a matter of priority.”
“To fellow passengers moaning about missing their check in time, you need to realise that they cannot allow you do board just because there was 'traffic'. Thats not their prioity, their priority is the plane - during time after check in to lift off they need to calculate fuel, luggage etc. I missed my check in time and they popped me on the night flight free of charge because it was between the check in time and departure time which I thought was lovely of them and is standard procedure. Stop thinking you're special; it applies to EVERYONE.”
