“I purchased 2 yo kai series 1 watches. Neither played the summoning song as my children had seen on the advert. I ended up having to buy from a high street store instead. However the service received was excellent. I emailed my issue and they emailed back and resolved things quickly. Unfortunately ended up being a refund but I wouldn't hesitate to use these again as service was spot on.”
