“Ebay always has everything I need. I like the fact that you are buying from small businesses and individuals rather then large companies. I like that the buying process is quick, simple and easy and also that I can sell my own products to an extremely large market, which is better then any car boot sale or other website that I know.”

“Ordered goods from the USA, paid via credit card, to be delivered by Ebay Global Shipping.Goods went missing despite courier declaring them signed for. Ebay refused to refund, the seller refused to refund, only refunded by my bank because I used a credit card. I chased the courier and it turns out that Ebay Global Shipping is a scam. Once goods arrive from overseas they end up in a large distribution centre who sub contract cowboys to deliver the goods. In other words individuals who own a van and register with them. Goods are disappearing and the distribution centre deny responsibility if goods go "missing". Ebay entice you with cheap shipping but stay away - it's a scam. In fact, stay away from ebay...period!”
