“Buyer Beware and shop somewhere else I ordered 5 wigs and never received them I showed them that the package was not delivered to me I advised EL that the proof of delivery proved that it wasn't delivered to my address they advised me to contact FedEx to request trace 4(x)s after speaking with FE sup I was told only the shipper (EL) could request a trace and all EL had to do was request that trace which they wouldn't do I'm a cancer survivor who's hair didn't grow back after chemo and I tell all my fellow survivors and all our supporters to never use EL”
“I spent over $200 on a human hair lace front wig and once the package arrived, I opened the box and there were 1-2 tears all over the lace front!!! I sent pictures to their customer service team and they asked me to send the wig back so they can exchange it. I sent it back and they said because they didn't receive it within 7 days, they will not exchange or refund me my money! I spoke back and forth with their team, via email, for 6 days before they sent me a return label! So of course they didn't receive it within 7 days! PLUS I had to pay for shipping. Horrible company! $200+ out the window. Will never order from that company again.”

“Wish I had read reviews before ordering. Placed my order on 1/16 and today 1/24 there is still no tracking update. Contacted the company and was initially told that the website will be updated the same day. It never was! Contacted them again and was told it was USPS holding it up. It would take 7-14 days to ship, even though when I placed the order it stated it would ship same day. This is not true as USPS has not even received package. Will never use this site again. Mind you when I placed the order it stated it would ship out the same day. I’ll stick to local beauty supply store or Amazon in the future.”

“I was having trouble with their website and I ordered a lace wig, but when I clicked on the order button nothing happened so I assumed that the item wasn’t ordered! , because, once you click the order and it goes through you instantly get a reading which says “THANK YOU YOUR ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED”. But I never got that so I kept on clicking and I clicked it five times! But when I checked my account I realized five different payments came out of my account ! So In all 900.00 Canadian dollars came out of my account! I sent them and email telling them I wanted to
Cancel 4 of the orders and I just wanted one! Guess what they did. They kept 10.00 on each of the 4 orders and never gave me my full refund on each order!

“I agree with the others. Their customer service is awful!! I ordered something that was the wrong length. I chatted with them explaining this and they told me we’ll send you a return label for you to return it. I was waiting for them to start raining again to let me know what the process was for me to receive another item that I ordered. I had to initiate the the question asking will you be sending me the correct item? The reply I received was you will need to return what you received first and get a refund and you’ll have to place a new order. Who has time for that? I needed the item when I needed it, not have to receive it wrong, return it back due to their mistake, get refunded, order another one and receive it.
Additionally, they will send an email stating that something is out of stock when they show that it is in stock online, very deceiving. You’re taking your chances if you order from them.”

“I place an order for product their website stated was IN STOCK then place another order for some crochet hair for my daughter. The second order was given a tracking number but not the first. This was odd to me and when I inquired, three of the four items I ordered was OUT OF STOCK. Instead of them saying that, they said nothing. They lead me to believe the items were in stock so I would order and pay for them is how I feel. It was about getting the money in my opinion. When I reached out to the rep on chat because I could not find a customer service number, she told me the items were out of stock. I immediately requested to cancel the order and refund my money. Thank God I paid via Pay Pal because they did refund my full payment immediately while on the chat.
I previously stopped shopping with Ebonyline because the customer service was TERRIBLE but I figured after a couple years it may have gotten better, but needless to say, it didn't. SMH

“First, before I ordered I contacted customer service via email and asked about the appearance whether it had a true scalp. They didn't know nothing about nothing. She said she didn't know about the product and couldn't answer me. So I ordered the wig and it didn't have a scalp. It was ugly and cheap and now they want me to pay to send it back.
Second, the other wig looked nothing like the photo the color was not #2 which is dark brown but was black. It was short and way too tight.
Both wigs were garbage!”
