My first purchase. Having set my account up I wanted to carry on shopping but could not see how. I gave my home address and requested delivery to work on a next day delivery. When asked to check the oder detials it showed the order as going to the home address. The only button choice was 'pay now' which I did assuming it would allow me to edit the information. Of course it didn't. Not sure where its going to be delivered to now? The site did come recommnded to me but this has not been a satisfactory first sale....

Quality of products are very good but their delivery couriers are shocking. I would have to travel over 40 miles if I wasnt in at time of delivery as ebuyer require a signature. Also the delivery charge for me is £8. Im only in Elgin, not on another planet

Ebuyer good company but the delivery's is expensive.. 3 to 5 working days is more than £4 that is ridiculous

Deciding on a purchase was fine, but my attempt to pay by mastercard caused all sorts of problems. The insistence on the security sign up was dreadful, in that I had no choice about signing up. It then refused to accept verification, even though I had put in the correct information. It suggested I phone an 0300 helpline, another money making venture no doubt, which made me very suspicious. I almost cancelled the order, but then tried PayPal, which, thank all the gods, worked.

You over charge on delivery, I almost cancelled my order - look into lower shipping costs, at the moment you charge more than you pay. I will not buy from you again if you do not reduce your delivery charges

I dislike being forced to have an account. Also, no reason was given for wanting my telephone number. I also dislike being asked personal questions e.g. DOB which have absolutely no relevance to my purchase.

Tried to open an account on my iphone. Didn't work very frustrating. Had to use a laptop, to buy a laptop.

Love ebuyer but the site security is a pain. My password (same for every site I use) isn't recognised so it asks for a DoB - what?? Why can't they just send a new password to my email address like Amazon does. I have now registered 3 different email addresses for 3 different ebuyer purchases. Will run out of email addresses soon :(

Disappointed , the web site stated free delivery on orders over £49.99 , yet it forced a delivery charge of over £10 , with no option offering free delivery

I was recommended to purchase a laptop with ubuntu pre-loaded from you as you were very good on price. two hours later I could only find a ex demo model as all your new laptops were unavailable!

We ordered several items needing for IT contracter, who is paid by hourly, so we place an order with next delivery (cost 9.00) in order to finish installation on the same day Surprisingly two items did not arrive next day but day after So we have to pay IT people for two day visit We should get compensation from Ebuyer or refund of extra delivery charge at least

Wouldn't let me log in with my personal email address that I had registered. Tried recovering and still wouldn't work. Had to create a new account with my work email address to make a purchase. Aside from that, website / service / is fine.

Had to wait for an entire day to get confirmation from support team for compatible upgrade RAMS. I was literally chasing the sales team so I could process my order, bit of a shame. Cant blame sales team they were very helpful, unfortunately their support team didnt deliver.

spent ages adding 25 items to basket and then payment didn't work and credit card provider said it was not an issue at their end, so couldn't place order that day, very frustrating
