Until tonight I would have awarded a much higher rating but when it says free delivery & then at checkout I am charged over £16 delivery charge, I may not even shop again. I have phoned a friend & told her the price so she asked me to order the TV for her. Now I have to phone & tell her it is costing £16-23 more than it stated. Not worth dealing with!

ebuyer's webpages have a fault. ebuyer's webpages don't work to sign up a new account with Firefox 31 under Linux. I had to switch to Opera (then of course the basket was empty again!!)

Good products and prices. Let down by pisspoor mobile site and checkout. Would not accept my correct address. Shame for a tech seller.

The order process was ok but ebuyer apparently don't accept the fact that people have apostrophes in their name which just seems lazy

Website good but not showing eg Samsung as priorities in order on list. Price good but entering account details on site was a nightmare with email address rejected 3 times and postcode rejected as invalid even though it had already found the address!

What a palaver to have to go through to buy a simple item from a shop! It took me something like 20 minutes to buy one item. Imagine if every time you went into a bakers to buy a loaf of bread you had to set up an account with them and give them your full name, your date of birth, your telephone number, what information you do or don't want to be inundated with and goodness knows what else. I know there needs to be some security on selling over the internet, but it's getting somewhat ridiculous.

When shopping the website told me my basket was empty even though I had just put two items in it - when I went to the basket the items were there so it was just luck that I hadn't gone back and bought them again. Although I had shopped here before the website didn't remember my log in so I had to start from scratch and register again. Whilst trying to pay for my items the website timed me out. Altogether a very frustrating experience - and to be perfectly honest, considering that this is a technology vendors website, it was a bit crap.

Technical specifications were inconsistent for products I looked at (different in the summary to what was shown in the detailed specification), my session expired suddenly even though I was moving between pages which meant logging in again, and I had to create a new login as my old account seems not to be available any more. Nothing major, just annoying and poor.

placed an order for a gameing pc , when arrived there were problems with unit, i felt that ebuyer took little responsibility ,would not swap for a working unit like for like , asked for me to send it to be fixed etc, being as this was brand new and not working out of the box i felt this was an unfair way to handle the problem , in the end i was helped by zomstorm ,that being said you would strugle to find items cheaper else wear , i will continue to use ebuyer . how ever ,eg if you brought a kettle made by morphy richards for eg from currys and it was faulty out of the box currys would not expect you to chase morphy richards to solve the problem ,but simply refund or exchange the item.ebuyer policy in this instance is poor at best.

I am yet to give up on eBuyer, although from a convenience perspective I am tempted. I try so hard to and use eBuyer however the £10 delivery usually means I end up going to Amazon as I have prime. My last purchase on eBuyer I chose eBuyer as they were the same price as Amazon with next day delivery. I regret choosing eBuyer as the checkout process was so long and frustrating. The only reason I use eBuyer is out of loyalty, if eBuyer don't evolve I don't think I will be using them in a year or two.

Site OK but when trying to pay there was lots of problems with my password not being recognised. There was no alternative route to alter my password or to amend details.

My order went through to their fraud department who were extremely slow to sort out the issue.

Shipping to the Isle of Man is a pain for these guys - they only deliver to your home address which is a problem as if you are not in it is a trail to the Post Office or Shipping Agent - time wasted

Shopping at the last minute because ebuyer let me down. Claimed that shipper had "lost" the goods I ordered and would not complete transaction. When delay meant that the school I work in would be closed for holidays, would not redirect remainder of order to my home address because I had commited the sine of using paypal to pay for the goods. Ths is a rule bound company which has lost sight of the meaning of customer service and do not comply with UK trading laws requiring them to complete a transaction they have commited to.

5 or more attempts to sign in and place an order. I'm sure you track login attempts and visits. Prices are good, though.

This was NOT a good visit. Partly my fault as I was using an account from many years ago... Had great difficulty trying to buy something.... I gad to make a phone call & the gentleman was VERY good & helpful, He had difficulty trying to reset my password etc. A Horrible wast of time trying to put an order in. Unfortunately I am disabled & cant get around to shop.

I am appalled that you feel you have to more than double delivery charge to my address as if I lived in Outer Mongolia. I'm going ahead with the order this time but will search next time for a company with reasonable delivery charges and avoid yours. Shame on you.
