your prices and equipment are very good if not excellent but my poor rating is for your awful website which needs re-designing as it is not very customer friendly, specifically the purchasing part which I found quite frustrating. I had to place my order 4 times due to timeouts which are to quick and saved lists could not be accessed from my account which was the most frustrating aspect. however your products are definitely the cheapest and best quality around, a shame you do not offer free delivery as PC World does though!

Why allow me to order something and take the payment THEN say there is a stock problem? Not happy !!

Great website and prices. However, very difficult to purchase items as a gift. Tried 3 times before I could get my order sent out properly. Wouldnt accept a different billing and shipping address, or to change billing address to a different country. Extremely frustrating!

The website does not work very well or at least not on the day I used it. Also the free delivery is con, free delivery in 5 days is next to useless. I would have ordered much more product of delivery had been next day and free. I know why you do it because you want people to buy shipping and make a staggering profit from it. It does not cost £8+ to ship 3 ink cartridges next day, that's more than double a reputable next courier like DPD charges!!

found it difficult to make purchase having decided which item I wanted to buy. payment options not as available as indicated. Irritating when can use these other options on other websites with no problems.

just wanted to buy some memory, but had to provide all my worldly details which makes me very suspicious of what you intend to do with them. Can't understand why I have to sign up just to buy something. You don't need my phone number or charge me extra for delivery when using paypal. Once it arrives, I want my details removing from your company.

Browsing History of Purchase on ebuyer is very difficult. The competitor, Amazon.co.uk, is easy to browse purchase history and to return a product.

If everything goes smoothly, then it's a top notch company to deal with. I had an order that recently came incomplete. I had a devil of a job getting anywhere with the missing items, so after a month of little progress, I returned the rest of my order (as it was useless without the missing items). Deliverd items had been sent "Next Day"...a little pointless if they can't be used!

The ordering system is not very good. I initially ordered 3 of an item but when I arrived after making payment the site indicated only 1 in stock but I could not make any changes. I then rang your customer service (business) but could not make head or tail of what I was told. Please why don't your site indicate no of items in stock on initial web page or allow customers to make changes. I then ordered two of another stock item to replace the initial order. It is very unfair to be charged £8.00 for shipping an ssd to Northern Ireland when it was supposed to be free delivery. Such a small item as well. That is extorinate

It is misleading when it says 'free delivery'. For free delivery you have to wait 5 days - it does not say this until you order the machine you require.

Hi John, I'm sorry if you feel this is misleading. It does say on our delivery prices info page that free delivery is over 5 working days when the value is £49.99 or more and it does state this when you select your delivery option.
