I spent almost 30 min trying to find the correct printer cartridge for the printers I have bought through this site, but in the end I had to give up. There should be a simple link between each printer code and the appropriate cartridge so that customers don't have to waste their time trying to find the correct one! In this instance, I will not recommend this site to anybody and you have lost out on additional sales as I shall now have to go back to my "regular" supplier for the cartridges I need. Sincerely, Trond Rornes

Hi Trond, I'm sorry for the trouble that this has caused you. I will pass it over to the product manager of the printers so they can use this as feedback and hopefully work with the IT team to improve our website. Thanks, Scott

Terrible site and navigation on the buying process. You should contact someone like WhatUsersDo.com to sort it out.

Good prices but do not believe claims of next day delivery. My last 'next day delivery' took seven days, this time round a Hard Drive required urgently, hence paying more than £10 for the 'next day' delivery service has failed to arrive on required day.

Hi Pete, I'm really sorry for the trouble caused regarding this late delivery. I have placed a free shipping token on your account so you can place an order for free next working day delivery. All you need to do is: Log into your account, add the items to your basket and check out using credit/debit card. Feel free to drop me an email with your order number and I will keep an eye on it for you. My email address is scott@ebuyer.com I hope this helps. Thanks, Scott

Prices are OK, but don't believe their promises of "free delivery over £49.99" is you don't live in/near england, although delivery times tend to be OK (so I should hope...). Don't get me started on their really crappy account/registration system that locks you out, won't acknowledge your password reset request as tells you your email isn't registered and then refuses to let you re-register as you are already on the system. EVERY DAMN TIME. Recently (last five or so times ive used) I always wind up having to phone in for some reason or other... Used to be good, even best of the tech sites, but now distinctly "under average". I've started using Amazon if they have stock or for single items where shipping makes more of a difference.

Hi Rory, I'm really sorry that you feel this way. Please feel free to message me with your account number so I can look into why it the system keeps locking you out every time. If you prefer to email, you can email me with anything in the future that needs looking into rather than calling. My email address is scott@ebuyer.com Thanks, Scott

The latest website is rubbish. I logged in to my account and simply wished to repeat a previous order for two ink cartridges - I was unable to figure out how to do this quickly and easily (and I run an IT company and I am not stupid). I eventually telephoned e-buyer and was given the Quick code numbers for the items which I wished to buy - I should not have to learn your quick codes in order to buy supplies. Surely the objective of the website should be to make it easy for customers to buy stuff.. I have been an e-buyer customer for a long time so I perservered - if I had been a new customer I would have gone elsewhere.

Hi Ian, Thanks for leaving this feedback. I'm sorry that you feel this way about our website. I will pass this feedback across to see if there is something we can implement to make this easier perhaps. For the time being, if you ever need to repeat an order, you can log into your account and see your order history which will give you all the info you need. Thanks, Scott

Hi James, I can see you have created an account as an order has been placed. What errors did you encounter along the way? Please can you email me? My email address is scott@ebuyer.com Cheers James, Scott

Wanted to use a prepaid card with £50 on it as part of an order - no way to split payments across 2 methods and impossible to make the order £50 exactly - got it to £49.86 but then it added carriage! So I bought from Amazon instead!

Bought a laptop which stated 'FREE DELIVERY' then 'ORDER WITHIN 11 HOURS TO RECEIVE YOUR ITEM TOMORROW' only then to be charged £10 to receive my item tomorrow as the 'FREE DELIVERY' you actually have to wait 5 days for your items. Blatant misleading information on Ebuyer's behalf. Would not use them again on principle. Would rather click and collect from somewhere local or use somewhere honest.

Hi Denize, I'm sorry that you feel that this is misleading. The countdown clock is to let customers know that if they do want it next day then you have to order it within the time frame. Once the item is added to your basket it then will show the delivery options along with the free delivery option which is within 5 working days and most cases, it does get delivered before then. Please feel free to get in touch if there is anything else I can help you with. My email address is scott@ebuyer.com Kind Regards, Scott

Great unless there's a problem: I've used Ebuyer many times and always found good products, good prices and fast delivery. However, we had a problem with a business printer that did not work (cyan was out of register) and were very disappointed with the after sales service. Ebuyer inspected and returned it with the same problem, saying there was nothing wrong and that I was unable to now get a refund because I'd purchased more than 7 days ago, despite the fact that I'd reported the problem within the 7 days. The manager on the phone was really rude and couldn't of cared less that we'd bought an expensive product that didn't work. We had to go to Brother support to get the problem sorted, which was a relief as the next step would have been trading standards or a solicitor. I wouldn't make a major purchase from Ebuyer again, we bought the latest office pcs from pc world because at least they are close by if we need help.

Your requirement for a full first name and a date of birth is unnecessary and irritating. I don't think it's really any of your business. I almost abandoned the whole purchase.

Hi, I'm sorry that you feel this way. Its just a standardised registration process and only needs to be done once upon creating an account. Kind Regards, Scott

no issues about website but have a major issue about paying extra for delivery to the Isle of Wight you would think that we were a few miles of the coast of France. not England.

Hi Jon, I understand the implications of this and I'm really sorry for the annoyance caused. Unfortunately, due to the current contract that we have with our main courier, this is the price for delivery to Isle of Wight. We are always looking to improve our delivery service and this has been noted for feedback. Thanks, Scott

Very poor with returns, I had a very bad experience and will now only use them if they are significantly cheaper than other online retailers.

I bought an item with free delivery then added a plug socket but I was then charged delivery! I had to cancel the socket. If you are delivering anyway why cant I add to my order and still have free delivery? Paul Wildsmith

Hi Paul, I understand what you are suggesting. This would make sense. I believe that the plug socket may have been coming from a supplier and therefore with a different courier from a separate location. I feel that this may be the reason why this wasn't possible. I'm really sorry for the trouble caused. Scott
