Poor, messy advertisement pages, they are more interested in rubbing your face in what someone else has looked at than showing you THE item you are trying to select . . . time wasting negative publicity.

Despite advertising the item as free delivery I still got charged delivery at the checkout! So not very good service really!

Have an issue with the Bluetooth speaker that I bought was u/s from out of the box, ordered due to going away in plenty of time but they don't offer a pick-up and swap so have to send one back on a refund and purchase another, either way you look at it due to buying on line cant refuse refund etc, should be able to offer a swap.

Prices are good but checkout process is dreadful. It's like they are trying to make it as difficult as possible for you to give them your money. If it wasn't for the price I would definitely have bought from somewhere else.

Session timeout after user registration was incredibly short. Checkout navigation regarding addresses non standard. Overall UI design very good though.

Reason for rating: I tried to log on using my normal ID. You did not recognise this. I then tried to recreate the ID. You said it already existed. I had to fall back on an old email id to create a new ID in order to proceed.

Rather disappointed that the security checks in place are not communicated effectively, after 2 cancelled orders I tried to order on the phone which wasn't possible and now I will try ordering again and see if I have any success

absolutely hopeless!! i placed an order 2 days back and been told this morning its out of stock. Asked for credit as customer services was not able to advice me on a replacement product. after checking, went back and unable to log in!! . took over 30 mins to sort this out. Now the lady has gone to check it the payment has been processed and if the order will be sent out tomorrow. Its amazing how long it takes to order something on line. Very poor customer service, poorer still is the system, I think. Its not just one click of the button like other websites. Finally, my apologies for this review but i feel awfully let down.

Not happy about wasting time (and a 10p/min phone call) to find out that a product the website said was available was actually not stocked anymore. Apart from that frustration, service is OK.

Received a tablet and it was FAULTY. So returned sons birthday present (10yrs old on the day) for a replacement. They did not have one so I now have to buy this tablet instead and at extra cost. Really not happy.... But out of interest, what happens if this model is also faulty, will I be messed around & made to pay more money again (around £40)??

After not dealing with buyer for several years, for no reason other than I never heard from them, I today got an email from them and on visiting the site, decided to buy some items. I couldn't remember my old password, so attempted to create a new identity. Wow, talk about irritating - your session has timed out - we can't find you on our system - you've had a few tries, suggest you come back later - or words to that effect. I very nearly gave up and went elsewhere, but I used another email address and managed to get logged in and I finished my purchase. ebuyer, the worst part of your operation so far has been just logging in. I wonder how many other potential customers don't persevere?

Your system is awful. I tried to log in with the email address I'd used on the site before and wasn't sure what password I used. I got a message saying sorry we can't find your details. I assumed you'd got a new system or something so created another account with my gmail account, made my order, only to get an email later saying that my order had been cancelled as my card had been used on the other account. This is really annoying and if I'd been able to find any alternative other than those greedy tax dodgers at Amazon I wouldn't have made this order at all.

website difficult to use, froze my brouser twice and neglected to send me a change password email forcing me to make a brand new account. goods and prices quality and reasonable as allways, actual website stupidly designed, poor inefficient and timely to use, spent over 30 minutes to order 1 item.

Bought a motherboard, it didn't work, the pins were bent in cpu slot, they said i was at fault, I hadn't bent them I'm always extremely careful, no refund :(

Confused and frustrating. Didn't recognise my Password. Then refused to recognise my mail address and date of birth. One I've had for 10yr+ and the other a lot longer. Neither have changed. In frustration I went back too the start, This time it recognised my details. Wouldn't YOU find that a bummer? AGAIN nothing had changed.

Inadequate info on website that if using Paypal payments on orders this will cause redirecting the delivery to the Paypal stored address instead of that entered on Ebuyers website. This resulted in a rejected delivery in my case and then the necessity to raise a fresh order and await a refund.
