“Desptie signing in no more than 4 times(!) no acknowledgement that this had been accepted - just a note to say it had not. Nevertheless, an acknowledgement was sent by Email to confirm I had signed in! Because of this the order increased to 2 machines. I was so exasperated I nearly went to another company to buy my computer. You need to sort things out - people may be on a shorter fuse than me and not be computer-wise and not check and amend the final order. This review certainly wont win a prize but it is the truth.”

“Unfortunately when using PayPal to pay for my order there was a problem with the address chosen differing on PayPal and eBuyer, this issue lead to the removal of the free shipping on my order and even when the problem had been rectified, and the addresses now matched, standard shipping charges were not removed meaning the cost of my order nearly doubled. I did not notice this until receiving a notification on my phone showing a higher amount had been charged to my PayPal than anticipated.”

“Web pages on products go blank unless i stop page loading.Always been ok before . Also before completing order up came pop up for free usb cable if next day delivery for £9 save £3 but cost £9 dumb i am not. Also when did just see free usb then could not go back, stuck with next day delivery; had to redo whole order USELESS”
