“We had a grand time at this 2 bedroom flat. Cockburn Street is one of the most picturesque roads as it winds away from the Royal Mile to the Waverley Bridge. It was great to be right in the middle of things - an easy distance to New Town and right in the heart of old town.”
“A very good location that is only 25 minuits walk to the castle esplanade. The secure off street car parking was great. The flat itself was very comfortable and clean.
The bathrooms especally the ensuit were excellant. Will definatly stay again if avialable.”
“Beautiful apartment with ample space in all rooms, inc bathrooms, lovely and warm in winter despite high ceilings. Home from home experience, clean and well equipped kitchen and towels supplied.
Only negative part was twin bed room is noisy from traffic at night, so take your ear plugs with you !”
“Spacious and very bright. We had a litle one with us (2 years old), and there was nothing dangerous we had to worry about. Appliances clean and easy to use, plenty of crockery, cutlery and kitchen tools.
We would definitely come back and we would have no problems with passing this on to our friends, should they ever wish to visit Edinburgh. Many thanks.”
“Thoroughly enjoyed my stay in the flat, it's gorgeous. Not your usual run of the mill rental flat, full - very high standard of decoration and comfort. Great central location, which has a downside of making the front bedroom a bit noisy at night. The back bedroom was very peaceful though. Would definitely recommend a stay in this lovely flat.”
“Stayed here for New Year’s. Excellent location and a really nice apartment which was very clean and very comfortable. It was warm and had all mod cons. It was only a 10min walk to Princes Street. There was a Tesco around the corner which was very convenient for getting supplies. I will definitely stay here again when I am back in Edinburgh. The only con I would have is that it didn’t have Wi-Fi”
“Right by Haymarket station, about 10/15 minute walk into town but nice a quiet apartment. We had 7 people sharing and it wasn't too cramped (might be better with 6 people though), lots of storage etc. Buses to Zoo/airport very frequent, close to take away/pubs and shops so you don't have to walk far for anything. Great value for money, would definitely stay again.”

“We stayed in this property for 3 nights and I would definitely recommend it. It is very well situated, no more than a 15 minute walk from Waverley Station and very easy to get to. There are plenty of bars and places to eat close by, as well as a supermarket just along the road.
The apartment itself was very clean, comfortable, and well stocked with all the amenities you would expect. It was warm enough throughout as well, always a blessing! There was some noise from the street on the weekend nights but nothing bad enough to be off-putting.
Booking the flat was nice and simple and Marion who met us with the key was lovely and helpful.
I would be very happy to rent this flat when in Edinburgh again, and would highly recommend it to anyone needing a place to stay in central Edinburgh.”
“This property was perfect for a bunch of lads travelling over to watch a rugby match. The location was absolutely perfect right beside the Haymarket and the property was very clean and comfortable. We were met by the agents who made sure that we knew where everything was and made sure that we were settled.

“We have just spent the weekend at this property and we had an amazing time. There was 11 girls staying very comfortably here. The landlord Ron has been brilliant all the way through, a pleasure to deal with.
The property is just outside of the main city centre, but taxis are cheap and arrive within 5 minutes.
We will definatly stay here again should we return to Edinburgh.”
“We rented this apartment for 2 nights with friends, plenty of room for 2 couples, nicely decorated and has everything that you need,we were going to a show at the Kings Theatre on the first night and to the rugby at Murrayfield the next day, this apartment was within easy commuting distance of both venues, there is a bus stop just outside the flat and buses run every 10mins, great value for money and we would definatly stay here again and recommend to friends :)”
