Also close enough to the centre to be very handy yet VERY quiet for a place so near to the middle of a major city - perfect if you like a good night's sleep too! “The flat is very comfortable, clean and warm, with a bright sitting room, a spacious and well equipped kitchen and two nice bedrooms. It is in a quiet street in Bruntsfield and within walking distance to the centre and to Haymarket. My family and I enjoyed staying there very much and did not miss anything.”

“Along with sister and nephew (3yrs) we stayed here just for 2 nights but it was exactly what we needed, a home away from home.
The flat is quiet, it's right next to both train and bus stops, both of which are fast into Edinburgh. Its extremely well (and nicely) furnished and it has everything you could need in there.
I will certainly be staying there again, and have no hesitation in recommending this to anyone.

“What a wonderful appartment. Clean, tidy and well equiped. Central location, with a short walk to all the main sights in Edinburgh. Within walking distance of local, shops, bars and restaurants. Would definitely recommend this appartment to anyone. Maybe one downside was the spiral steps up to the first floor, but you get used to them.”
“We had a very pleasant stay at the apartment. We were greeted at the property by the landlord, who showed us around the flat. The photographs on here really do not do the apartment justice, it's very spacious, clean and well presented with laminate flooring throughout. The best part has to be the price. “Upon arrival we has the basics provided, Milk, Bread, Butter Juice and Jam. You could not ask for a more convenient appartment, on the ground floor, 3 very good size bedrooms and the beds were so comfortable. All in all a great place to stay in Edinburgh one that we did not want to leave.”

“This was the perfect place to stay for me: The flat is located between the parliament and the law school (5 minutes each way). For a fast late night shopping, two corner shops are just on the other side of the road. David Bann, the best vegetarian restaurant I have ever eaten in, is located in the same street - also people who normally do not like "vegetarian cuisine" enjoyed going out there.
The flat's kitchen is equipped with everything (even more you need, you can bake muffins, etc.). There is a dish-washer as well as a washing machine. The best for the late time in the year I stayed there was the gas oven in the living room - cosy. I felt very much HOME.”

The location is very convenient for exploring the city. We had a great time staying there, were sad to leave and will definitely book again. Very helpful landlord, leaving us with instructions for how to use things. Check out is 11am but landlord worls in the hostel across the road and let us store luggage there. This was great as train wasnt until the evening. Well worth the money.”
“The flat was in an excellent location, within walking distance of the ocean shopping centre with its shops and cinemas as well as the Royal Yacht Britania, but far enough away to be quiet. The flat was warm, had all the facilities we needed and was very clean. A lovely view from the balcony across the water, with a view of the sea & docks in one direction and the cafe's, hotels and bars on The shore in the other. No need to use the car as buses run every few minutes into Edinburgh centre, you can even walk back (we did it in about 40 mins)”
