“1) No details on the products / items 2) Lag of house keeping. Items / products inside the platform oftenly out of stock or phase out. As a result users have to cancel PO after purchase.”

“I am disappointed that being a repeated customer, asking to exchange ( after 7 days) is not granted. The company actually has all my record of purchase and should not just say No as an easy way out. I am switching from DL to C5 envelope which means i will not use DL at all. The boxes are all unopened and untouched. I even allow the company to inspect the pristine condition boxes. Even until today, i continue to order C5 envelope from this company but their straight no is very disappointing. Give me the impression i am talking to a robot.”

“First of all, I would like to extend my appreciation to Eezee team on having improvements along with our feedback and issues encountered on the past months. Eezee has been trying to cope up with SJI's Ways of Working and we do hope that this continue, if not, better. We have been guiding our Requisitioners to push their generic consumables specially Lab items to Eezee and we do hope that Eezee would be able to adapt as well on the criticality and urgency of some of the requests as Lab items are critical to a Chemical Plant. This will be a win-win situation in terms of good flow of revenue stream to Eezee and continuous business operations to Shell. Do connect with Shell team in case of any support required. Thanks!”

“This is my 2nd purchase from Eezee and I'm happy to buy a non-brand ballpoint pen. Hope they'll carry different ballpoint pen brands in the future - I am a Biro/ballpoint pen fanatic! Have a box of A4 paper of them! My only pet peeve is that the BIC ballpoint pen aren't the original designed ones, like the ones I got from EU online. Hope they'll sell the original BIC, cause the ones I got looked to be from made in Korea or somewhere else.”

“Hi Logan, Good day to you. Overall performance is good. But I have few point need to highlight is :- Wrong Price quoted when during delivery pickup then only call for price revised. OTD delay. Delivery man do not have proper DO and communication breakdown. Especially those bulky items. Our site do not have any lifting equipment for carrying the goods. Some unique request need long time for quote. Hope your team can continue to provide better service. Thanks, Kim”
