1)Received sms on 08122021 from TCK Express that delivery will be 'on the way' & received item at 8.51am. Was informed only an hour earlier ? ! I was on way to office & had to make a U turn ! No warning or 1 day's notice given. 2)Ordered on 23112021 but received 16 days later ! ?

TCK is our delivery partner, Eezee delivery normally from 9 am to 6 pm. For future purchases, you may indicate either AM or PM prefer. We cannot accommodate specific timing at the moment. 2. Recently, I've ordered a 5litre vacuum oil from eezee. Firstly my delivery could not be delivered on time. I accepted the delay. It delayed, a further week, I accepted it as well. Finally, the supplier increased the price of the product by 11+ dollars and I was given the option to pay the increment or cancel the order. I don't feel it's right to pay for a product, wait for 1 month delay and be asked to pay an increment or cancel the order. Order made 28th oct, Eezee asked for extra top up on 29th November. I strongly feel that the supplier/ Eezee should Supply given I've already paid/transacted at an earlier date. This is not right at all. Nothing was done by eezee to waive anything at all. Extremely poor.

Dont have any tracking order, only can be seen when item has delivered and take a long time to deliver

Surprised to hear from your customer service to inform us to write in to check instead of what is being advised on your website to call and enquire which I assume your biz is Supply Chain Mgt which you will have the info on the expiry of the product on your tracking system. But I have taken the risk of ordering it on 15-Oct without waiting for your info thru email enquiry (wrote in 15-Oct and responded on 18-Oct) and the delivery is quite fast.

Eezee is a e-procurement platform whereby we work with multiple vendors to assist with our client purchase. We do not hold stock inventory on behalf of our vendor. So all expiry date details, we need to check with our respective vendors to get the details update. Cos even vendor product move by batch with different expiry date too. We hear your feedback and we are currently working with our vendors on this information too. This is my first using this platform to purchase items, I was very disappointed when Eezee was unable to honour the price and MOQ when PO had been issued. Eezee still ask me to advise whether to cancel or proceed? and still waiting for Eezee to reply why such a thing can happen.

Eezee lacks understanding of procurement processes. Prices are high and staff are not trained. The website needs a lot of usability improvements. Procurement times are very long. Item description and pictures are poor. Disappointing.

I am disappointed that being a repeated customer, asking to exchange ( after 7 days) is not granted. The company actually has all my record of purchase and should not just say No as an easy way out. I am switching from DL to C5 envelope which means i will not use DL at all. The boxes are all unopened and untouched. I even allow the company to inspect the pristine condition boxes. Even until today, i continue to order C5 envelope from this company but their straight no is very disappointing. Give me the impression i am talking to a robot.

bought a coin sorter machine which can separate the old and new coins. however, was informed that it is out of stock and asked if we would like to take another model which cannot sort old coins. we agreed since we handle mostly new coins. However, machine is not usable with new coins instead of old coins. Been trying to settle for more than 1 week but issue still not settled.

Base on my last 3 months experience, wrong item EEZEE source compare to item I am required, cancelling of PO due to item stock out, wrong item deliver to my store, price expensive compare to other seller, too little item information and photos, low photo qualities. kind of time wasting.

Not responsible! Emphasised that I require single phase with 13amp! However, I still receive the item that require 15amp! Emailed Rinjani on 28th Jun but did not get any response till I called her! No news from thereafter! Called her again on 2nd July and promise a call back on the same day! Disappointment again as no call from your company! Bad experience, bad attitude!!!

Did not have a enjoyable experience buying from website. Had problem with payment and acknowledgment. Contacted live chat for support and was told to wait while he/she find relevant person to help me but i was left waiting many hours for reply.

Terrible, I didn't receive my goods, nor received a refund, after an attempted delivery, which they only attempted to drop goods at the lobby of my condo, then text me to say they were there, by the time I got the text they had left, they didn't attempt to bring them to my apartment, then was told they will deliver again same day 8.30 pm, then got a text saying delivery would be scheduled another day, then received a call, saying delivery will be following week, then I said cancel the order, then got another call, saying delivery would happen next day, but never did, I wrote in, saying cancel the order, and refund, got no reply. If this is how you treat your customers you can be sure I will never order from you again, and the thousand of followers I have on social media I will recommend to never order from you.
