“Excellent site and payment system - it was all very clear and intuitive. The only improvement that I could suggest is a more easy way of specifying the bespoke shape of foam that I need for some dining chairs - these are wider at the front and taper slightly to the back with a small square cut out on each side at the back where the back rest fits into the chair seat. I can hopefully cut / adjust these myself on receipt of my order. Thanks! Regards, David”
