“The eFoam site was very easy to use and offered useful information on their range of products. As a first time buyer it was unfortunate at checkout that I ran into difficulties with payment which persisted for almost a day. To be fair the problem seemed to be associated with some intermediary site in the processing chain and not the eFoam site itself. It is for this reason that my review score is "Good" rather than "Very Good".”

“I have not received my foam as I have only in the past few minutes ordered it online but it was an attractive Web page and easy form to use. I phoned eFoam to check on a couple matters and the response and advice immediate”

“It has excellent reviews from an external site, which itself is a forum I regularly frequent. The website is easy to follow, perhaps a seperate page for the foam types rather than leaving it until the middle of the order would be an improvement, but on the whole, a decent site, good structure, decent prices and good feedback. FREE snail mail delivery or slightly dearer next day delivery, What else is there they can do? No problem with a reference for them Steve W”
