I don't recomand it so so so bad ! I still didn't get my iPad . no one respond my emails, no phone number to call or talk to .

I had to wait for months for the Samsung Galaxy Buds+ product that I paid for at the time of ordering, with one month passing before anyone even contacted me to respond to my question of them ever receiving the order and payment. Then I got the non-functional device and had to become an amateur video producer to create a video proving that it was non-functional. I tried connecting the Buds+ with three different phone models and experienced the same thing; the left earbud never connected to the phone/app and never produced a single sound. It is completely dead. I experience the issue under every situation, I tried their suggested fix and I tried every suggestion that I found on every Samsung forum (which was easy as this is a VERY common issue). I even took it to a certified technician at a local Samsung Gallery and watched them troubleshoot it with the exact same result on their phone. The left bud NEVER connected, NEVER charged and NEVER functioned. They couldn't help me however, because this model is an Asian market model and therefore not under warranty in the EU. I then returned the faulty product and within DAYS (not months) they replied telling me that their "technician" found nothing wrong. My only recourse now according to eGlobal is to send them 80 more Euros for them to return what is almost certainly still a dead product, or eat the cost of the earbuds. This is blatant manipulation and thievery conducted under the guise of an online company that is capitalizing on our inability to purchase from in person stores during the pandemic.

After returning a faulty phone for repair (the screen stopped working a month after purchase) ,I discover YOU WILL NOT HAVE A MANUFACTUAR WARRENTY,these gangsters had position of my phone for over a month without feedback ,after mutable emails I finally got them to acknowledge receipt of the phone and complete contains of the box I sent. A week later a crack magically appears on the screen and they want 90% of the original cost of the phone to repair it and reduce my guarantee to 1 month. DO YOURSELF A FAVOUR AND DONT BUY FROM THESE GANGSTERS OR YOU WILL REGREAT IT!

Only giving 1 star because I cant leave 0 stars. Ordered and apple watch series 5 for my daughters 21st birthday gift. 6 weeks later no sign of the watch and unable to contact anyone either by phone or email, this has been on going for weeks. Tried Resolver with no luck. Infuriating, contacting my credit card company for refund.

This site is not ready to do business. My item was meant to be shipped in 24 hours, and arrive within 6-8 days, plus an extra 4 for COVID 19 delays. The item was not processed for 6 days. I am only receiving automated tracking updates via their internal tracking system, which is the same updates for every single item you order from them, ignore these, they are fake and designed to keep you occupied. The "submit a ticket" link on their site is broken, therefore, you cannot request a refund unless you open a dispute with PayPal. They do not respond at their PayPal email address at all. Their support emails are automated as well, or at least skimmed and you are sent a generic message based on keywords you enter. The savings is not worth the hassle, and that's only IF I receive the item eventually. At this juncture I would rather have ordered elsewhere as I need the item for business purposes. Their review rating on the website is obviously fake as you've discovered if you've come to this site by now. While they may not be a complete scam, they are not a properly functioning business, and should be taken offline until they are ready to operate again.

*DO NOT CHANCE IT* I imagine if you have no issues with what you receive from them, they're fine as the more positive reviews indicate. But if you need to contact them or make a return - horrendous. They take days to respond and are unhelpful and blunt. They often do not respond properly to the question you've asked so you reword the question and that's another two days to wait for another response! I had to get in contact with my bank after over two weeks of trying to get them to accept my return who have finally refunded me as the company stopped responding to me productively. The prices are so cheap and that's great BUT I will tell everyone who asks me whether to order from here NOT TO as if you need any from of customer service from them it is an awful experience. Honestly, please just avoid them, find a different company who provide discounted electronics or spend a bit more and have complete peace of mind. I hope this helps people make up their mind about whether to order from them.

Never received my item. Tried contacting them to get information on it but only receive automated email. I asked for a refund and didn't hear anything back. Their costumer service is shockingly poor. I had to contact my bank to see could I get the money back.

Ordered 5 phones now. All perfect. Except one which left Singapore but didn't arrive in UK and refund quickly via PayPal. But 3 months later it turned up box smashed and phone damaged which was nothing to do with ebglobal

I have ordered an Samsung smart watch on 21th of April i got no tracking number until 28th of April,in this time I sent them an email asking about the tracking number,and got no answer,the watch arrived eventually on 6 or 7 of May ,after more than 2 weeks,and on the site the estimated delivery time was 6-8 days,the funny part it’s that after 1 month since I sent them that email they answered me telling me that the product got to me,well DUH...stay away from this site people,and this is not the only issue I had with them

Ich rate niemandem, Waren in diesem Geschäft zu bestellen! Bei Bestellung von Waren angegeben 24 Stunden Lieferung in Deutschland. Aber nach Zahlung von 7 Tagen gab es keine Neuigkeiten. Nachdem ich an den Support-Service geschrieben hatte, schickten sie mir die Bestätigungsnummer des DPD. Sie sagten, dass die Ware 2-3 Tage unterwegs sein wird. Nach weiteren 7 Tagen war die Sendungsverfolgungsnummer noch nicht bestätigt und die DPD erhielt die Ware nicht zum Versand.

Buy elsewhere! It has been 98 days since I ordered a Nintendo Switch (which was listed as 'in stock') and I have not received it. Support will string you along for a few weeks with canned response emails, and then they ignore you. I also submitted an RMA case online and it was closed immediately, they told me to contact their support team (who are unresponsive). Complete joke of a company.

I ordered a Honor Magic 2 Smart Watch on the 1st March. They did not ship it until 10 days passed. eventually the tracking showed it left Singapore on the 10th April. The tracking shows the same message, the 4th June. I have written politely 4 times, but have had absolutely no reply. i asked for a refund, but again no reply. i have now contacted my credit card company. If they replied, I would be a little happier, but not ti have done so is both rude and unprofessional.

I ordered my a Samsung S20 on the 10th of April. I didn't receive any word on it's whereabouts until the 28th of April when I was told it was dispatched. On the 7th of May I was informed there was a processing delay and my item wasn't shipped. Everyday since then, I have read the same update on the tracking system - "We apologise for the delay, we are following up your order to get it delivered to you as soon as possible.". The risk of ordering from eGlobal is not worth the discount. So disappointed. Opening a claim with PayPal today. :(

I ordered from eglobal at the beginning of May. Paid 480€ visa without insurance shipping for a One Plus 7T phone. I received confirmation of my purchase and was told it would take 2-3 days before I received a tracking number. I got curious and searched for reviews and came across this page with hundreds of bad bad reviews and I panicked!! Rather than keep stressing I emailed them for some reassurance and I got no reply. 3days later I got a tracking number and every 24hrs it was updated "in transit" etc. This happened for 8 days where I got a DPD tracking number saying it was in Holland. 4 days after that I received my phone in perfect order. I think people are freaking out because OBVIOUSLY Covod 19 has shut most things down and for this company to ship to Europe (Ireland in my case) it's going to take longer! Having a poor customer service and dodgy websight is a price we pay for cheap goods from them! My advice would be chill out, expect it to take a month, and purchase away! I'm glad I did and it's my first time buying anything from them. Cheapest version of this phone by a long way and it's perfect! Stop complaining everybody 😅 I deductded a star for the no reply and delay but I'll be purchasing from them again in the future.

Total fail plus Communication Zero I ordered on the website phone, paid by visa. I didn´t receive any tracking. Is two weeks since my order. I tried to contact the company 5 times with the question about delivery time and about my product. Phone was not answered, 2x E-mail was not answered, I created ticket with this question on their website - not answered. I do not know where the product, which I paid for, is currently and if I ever receive it. The customer service is 0 in my case. I will never order again!

Do not touch this company. They have taken €500 from my account over 2 months ago no sign of product and have not responded to any contact. It says you have to submit a ticket to get a refund bit you can self register. Complete scam, this needs to be removed forn the internet
