Worst shopping experience ever!!! Ordered a mobile phone on the 9th of March 2020 by standard delivery, it is the 15th of April 2020 and haven't received it yet. e-mailed them 9 times for the past 3 weeks and they haven't even bothered to reply. Been given a Royal Mail tracking number but the shipping information hasn't been updated since the 18th of March 2020, it still says "Item is on its way to the RDC" (meaning " We are expecting it", post office says). Rubbish customer service, the only way you could contact them being by e-mail. I do not recommend eglobalcentraluk.com, obviously. Update: On the 17th of April I received an e-mail from eGlobal saying they would open a case with the courier regarding my order and e-mail me back as soon as possible, then on the 28th of April was told that they were still tracing the courier. It is the 21st of May 2020 and I am still waiting for the order to be delivered. Fortunately, I managed to make a charge-back claim with VISA on the 27th of April and I received a full refund the next day for now (even though the investigation process could take up to 8 weeks). Also filed a complaint on consumer.org.hk (from Hong Kong) on the 24th of April. They e-mailed back on the 4th of May saying that they had also e-mailed eGlobal, trying to solve our dispute...

Do not purchase from eglobalcentral!! Ordered a product April 12th. Have not received product. Cannot reach anyone to help. Tracking info does not provide any info. Thankfully we purchased through PayPal and they are working on getting our money back.

After 21 days glimmer of hope Appear to see the courier chosen The reason they get such mixed reviews is a very poor website for status and comms ...and in some instances shipments excessively delivered and customer clueless as to where they are at

You have be warned it would be idiotic to use this site ...it appears to be a sophisticated scam ...each day they send out a status on transit but there isnt a credible tracking number or transit provider ..theres also no means to contact them ...ive been stung for 200 euros on a samsung tablet

Avoid this site they have ripped me off of 200 euros Whats worse theres no mechanism to contact them on their site .. The submit ticket is a broken link! Scandalous the way google has them showing at the top of searches Another ruse is for 9 consecutive days they gave a notional slightly changing description of where the item is in transit And theyve misrepresent themselves look at their address eGlobal Central EU Total Apex Services Room 4, Unit G, 9th Floor, Kwai Shing Industrial Building stage II, 42-46 Tai Lin Pai Road, Kwai Chung, NT, HK

Same here as with everyone else. Paid for the Product, got some status messages saying "parcel has been shipped", nothing has happend for a month. My 3 support tickets: ignored.

Same as Joseph, ordered 27 Apr, got a couple of status messages to say package was being dispatched to USPS by shipping partner NEWGISTICS on the 29 Apr, today is 13 May. I don't feel good about my money or my Switch.

Terrible. Ordered a phone, one month later, no sign of it, no response from company. They have disabled the "package not received" form on their web site, lol -- that tells you all you need to know. Am having to reverse the payment on my credit card. For 20 Euros more I could have got the same phone overnight from my phone provider here at home! Nightmare, avoid at all costs, you have been warned.

Awful Website with No Support Same as the others, bought a Nintendo Switch and received faulty updates on its status and now it has been stuck on the same status for two weeks. It has been almost a month since I have ordered it with absolutely no contact from the website. This has been the worst company I have seen, so do not follow in the same mistakes that me and other people have. Heed the warnings, and do NOT buy from them.

Ordered a Honor Magicwatch 2 on the 22. April 2020 with them from Frankfurt Germany and made the payment to them via Paypal . The item was shown as in-stock and with a delivery time of 6 to 7 days . Up until now , ( 10th May 2020 ) , i have not received the Watch . I wrote multiple emails to them since the 28th of April but did not receive a single answer from them . Tried even calling their number in HongKong but nobody answers the phone . I have absolute no hope of getting the Watch now . I would suggest everyone to stay away from this Website ( i have learnt the hard way ) but hope that other people dont make the same mistake as me .

Scam likely. Spent $230 on Nintendo switch. USPS tracking shows shipping partner "NEWGISTICS" picked up parcel on APR 26th. It is now May 9th and there are still no new shipping updates. I emailed eGlobal central a few days ago and they said they would contact their shipping partner. Still haven't heard anything about it. For your own sake, order from a more reputable company.

beware.. this is scammed site. selling item as "in stock". but it is not in stock. make me wait for a week. and still have not shipped my order. stay away from these scammer

I ordered and paid for a phone on April 18 seeing that they offered 6 to 8 days delivery. we are now 19 days into the process and I have had tracking details from the for 7 days which are just platitudes. No note of who the carriers are. Have now sent 5 emails requesting information but had no replies. Having read the reviews I am now not surprised. I'm not angry - I'm fuming!! I really don't know what to expect but I think the answer will be NOT MUCH. I am going to contact Amex about this.
