“Ordered a Honor Magicwatch 2 on the 22. April 2020 with them from Frankfurt Germany and made the payment to them via Paypal . The item was shown as in-stock and with a delivery time of 6 to 7 days . Up until now , ( 10th May 2020 ) , i have not received the Watch . I wrote multiple emails to them since the 28th of April but did not receive a single answer from them . Tried even calling their number in HongKong but nobody answers the phone . I have absolute no hope of getting the Watch now . Spent $230 on Nintendo switch. USPS tracking shows shipping partner "NEWGISTICS" picked up parcel on APR 26th. It is now May 9th and there are still no new shipping updates. I emailed eGlobal central a few days ago and they said they would contact their shipping partner. Still haven't heard anything about it.
For your own sake, order from a more reputable company.”

“I ordered and paid for a phone on April 18 seeing that they offered 6 to 8 days delivery. we are now 19 days into the process and I have had tracking details from the for 7 days which are just platitudes. No note of who the carriers are. Have now sent 5 emails requesting information but had no replies. Having read the reviews I am now not surprised. I'm not angry - I'm fuming!!

“I have actually bought from this company before, roughly two years ago when I purchased a Motorola. It came during the delivery time stated and it lasted two years. Since I had such a pleasant experience last time, I had no reason not to purchase from them again. Biggest mistake I've made in a long time, a month and numerous emails later (all met with silence) I have not received my package or had any form of response from the company. Despite still advertising deals, listing delivery times as 6-8 days on their website, regularly posting to facebook and no notice about the coronavirus on their website, they refuse to give any of their customers any sort of reason or explanation for their missing packages, or purposeful silence.”
“Customer care does not exist. Purchased samsung galaxy a71 start of April. Got 1 confirmation email that order was received and PayPal account debited. Since then, nothing. I have emailed everyday with no response. I have raised a dispute with PayPal who in turn contact them, still no response. I will now have to start a full claim with PayPal for compensation which could take another month or more.
I took a chance with these as the prices are very good. Don't make that mistake again.
