Bought a camera lens for 542 EUR. One month has passed and no explanation why it is delayed, just what seems like automatic answers. Absolutely a scam - but how can I get my money back when they don't bother to answer? KEEP AWAY FROM THIS SITE!!!!

I bought a smartfone as a gift. The receiver didn't want it, though, and now I have to send it back. But eGlobalCentral wants 58€ for it (40€ for the shipping to Hongkong - not to UK! - and a further 18€ 'commission' before being able to pay back the lawfully required full amount within 30 days. For an unopened parcel. Their customer service is really bad as well. They speak English, but they only speak standard formulaeish. Keep away from these! Especially if you are not completely sure you wish to keep the package.

I've bought from this company 3 times because there items are cheaper. The 1st time my order came just after a week. My 2nd order took a month to arrive as the stock they had was damaged so I had to wait for new stock to arrive. The 3rd order this January 2020 was lost in transit. Whenever I communicated with them about the whereabouts of my order all they advised is they would get logistics to chase. All logistics would say is congrats your order has been dispatched. I've always purchased with Paypal so knew I would get money back regardless.This comes down to one thing is it worth the price difference with Amazon to purchase from eglobal. It's not, however if you do, 1) make sure you don't purchase there insurance as they don't recognise it, 2) make sure you use PayPal or a credit card, 3) ask yourself if shopping with them is worth the agro.

I found a way to catch them I found a way to catch them, here are the steps, the more people we do this the better chance of them going to jail (for NL): 1. go to the national fraud center and make a ticket 2. print the ticket and go to the police 3. they will try to send a fake package with DPD 4. the police is allowed to ask information from DPD, I could not get this myself 5. make a claim with paypal even if you paid by debit card - hopefully you have a paypal account linked to that card 6. ask paypal to start a claim and send all screenshots from police and fraud office 7. solve the claim with paypal an get money back this will take longer 8. do NOT STOP INVESTIGATION and press charges as many of you as you can! INTERPOL can now take care of the issue :) They tried to con the wrong person. Please - make sure that you press charges during this lengthy process.

Complete scam. Company based in Hong Kong. Take your money and pretend to send out your delivery then there is a mysterious delay. For a week and a half while ignoring your request for refund then send another email pretending new reliever is out. However there delivery page is fake. I lived and worked in Shenzhen and still did business with Shenzhen and a company there and their shipments where easy to track. This company does not want you to know it’s based in Honk Kong and you won’t find out unless you investigate. There number is 0086281912119. Refund me my money or I will take this further and have my friends in Shenzhen deal with this on my behalf.

Please! Please! Please! Please! Please! DO NOT order ANYTHING from this site. It's a BIG SCAM! The tracking is automated, the chart is preprogrammed and never respoinded. Please stay away!

Such a terrible company. Their customer service is shockingly bad and they are very rude and ignorant. 30 days my package was returned and sitting in their warehouse. They kept claiming they hadn't received it even tho tracking said delivered to warehouse 28 days previous

Dont buy from them They charged me and then sent email that something is wrong with my order and that i should contact my bank. Since the payment was done via IDEAL my bank cannot do anything. So i dont have headphones neither i my money. This site should be banned they are fake and should not be trusted. Can somebody close them ???

this is not a safe site.. I have ordered a product, and I paid it almost a month back. I am still waiting for a product. There is no response from eglobal. at first, I got a tracking number, which never showed me any updates. you can never reach eglobal customer service via email, or phone. This is a TOTAL FRAUD: don't get trapped.

I bought an audio headphone on that website. Customer service is a fraud. They charge 40 euros to return your purchase if it's not covered by the guarantee. It's almost a scam. Don't buy anything valuable on that website!

Do not buy from eGlobal! - Do not buy from this company. To cut a long story short, I ordered two lenses 3 months ago and I still have no lenses & no refund. They don't answer my emails and my credit card company would not pay as it is more than 120 days since I ordered these lenses. Make sure you contact your credit card company as soon as possible and do not wait for Eqlobal to refund you.

I was cheated the package never was delivered… I was cheated the package was delivered to the trash bin, eGlobal don't want to take responsibility, don't want to refund my money and no answer for my massages. On the DPD docket is sign "Green Bin" not my name what it's Lukasz Wegrzyn. When I come back home green bin was empty because he was picked up by a recycling company. Avoids any shopping on eGlobal if parcel will be missing you will stay with nothing and PayPal will not accept your claim.

Bought by mistake microsoft Surface Go Cover Type (i meant to buy “pro”). I asked for return, which they accepted. I paid for shipping, and then they didn’t refund me, arguing that it was unsealed (5cm transparent plastic tape misplaced) even though the product was untouched. It’s a fraud.
