I ordered a Samsung Galaxy A10 on 3rd Nov, I was panicking about this company after reading the terrible reviews (but after I'd ordered, blonde moment lol). The phone arrived within 2 weeks, perfect, brand new, well packaged !!

Terrible experience with Eglobal Central: the product simply was never received. I had to write to them to ask what had happened after more than a month and they said the parcel was "lost". No reimbursement but a derisory 22 EUR compensation.. Reading around it appears I am not the only person in this situation so it seems unacceptable they keep on working with the same delivery company that keeps "loosing" packages..

Huge scam!!! I purchased a mobile phone on the 28 October and eGlobal Central UK shipped it to me on the 9 October because I claimed for my shipment, but the item never arrived, it was lost by the Hermes courier. And even if I've sent them lots of e-mails the only I get is what it looks like an standard answer as they are waiting for an answer from the courier! I've now read on other reviews that it happens many times, so I see that it might be part of a huge SCAM!!! Don't lose your money with them!!

The Delivery date is misleading . I purchased a Ipad. Says in in Stock. But it was not . Delivery nearly 3 weeks. No follow up. When I did get the Ipad it came with an Australian apple plug and a cheap adaptor . Not want I ordered. So who knows what plug you will get.. Updates are false as they say processing for too long. When there is no processing. I would not buy again. I live in Ireland

After claiming these a stock item..I have been waiting for a pair of headphones for 7 days following the tracking information which indicated that the items were in transit. Today EGlobal have issued a further tracking number and started the whole process again. I don't believe them and will be cancelling my purchase.

On the 21st of October, I bought a Asus ROG phone 8GB of ram and 512GB for 389€ (including better delivery) So, a week had passed so I was like, “Oh I better contact them and ask them about my purchase” So I did, I emailed them some guy named “Makal” Got back to me and said “Oh, item is out of stock” And I was rolling my eyes because it said on their website that it was in stock so I was like “Okay I’ll wait..” So I waited and they got back to me and said that my order will be shipped on Halloween so Again I waited and waited then Today, I contacted them again because I was getting inpatient now and I asked them AGAIN on when is my package going to be delivered. And they were like “Oh you’ll have to wait another three days blah blah blah” and I’m like....Somethings fishy going on here. So I thought I look up some reviews of this Well loved site that some possibly paid yuppies have been praising so much. And then I realized I have made a Grave mistake. All the reviews for the site where bad and I mean bad. Some people got scammed, some people never got what they wanted, some people never got good costumer service. It was awful that these people went through this and as for the people praising this site I kindly tell you to shut the hell up and get your head off of your ass. I’ve been scammed and others have too and whats worse? It wasn’t my money. It was my girlfriends..a gift for Christmas. She gave me 500€ but still 389€ is allot of freakin money to lose to a group of scammers who tricked me into believing I was getting a ROG phone with a 700€ discount. I have paid the price for my impatience, stupidity, dishonesty, and lack of effort. Because with that 500 I could of saved more money! Until I reached enough to buy a ROG phone from a even better and more honest website so what I’m going to do is I’m going to repent of my Sins of impatience, laziness, dishonesty and ignorance AND I’m going to use MY OWN MONEY to buy the phone I want from Asus themselves to make up for being scammed. I’m not going to cry spilled milk or am I going to panic. It was just 389€ things could of been lot worse. And to God who had opened my eyes and allowed me to feel what is like to be scammed so I may have better experience in the future, I am forever grateful, but how am I going to break it to my Girlfriend, I don’t know. Anyway I’m going to leave this here. As sonic the Hedgehog said in sonic says “It’s too good to be true, but properly false” Stay away from sits that offer incredible prices for super expensive phones. Don’t fall victim to their scams and lies like I did. Be honest. Don’t take the easy way. Always go the hard way for the hardest way in your life, leads to well deserving rewards.

Avoid them. They sell products that have NO WARRANTY. If you have a problem, their customer service simply doesn't care

This company is based in Hong Kong, which is not clear or apparent from their website. Their 'tracking updates' are pretty nonsensical and take several days to start. For example, here's mine: 82019-10-05 Shipment further connected. 72019-10-04 Your parcel will arrive shortly at the courier depot. 62019-10-03 Shipment is on its way to the local depot. 52019-10-02 Your parcel has arrived at a sort facility. 42019-10-01 Shipment will arrive at courier depot for sorting shortly. 32019-09-30 Shipment is en-route to courier depot. 22019-09-29 In transit. 12019-09-28 The parcel has been picked by the courier; The parcel has left the courier's warehouse. After this diatribe I thought we'd never get the product (a DSLR Camera) and they were just winding the clock down. When, surprisingly, it actually turned up and everything was as ordered (no VAT or Customs to pay either which I was also nervous about). In this instance, they therefore did actually deliver. So, if you do buy from them, I would recommend that you only use a Credit Card, so that you are protected and be prepared for a bit of a saga. If it doesn't come, raise a dispute and pass this to your credit card company BEFORE the transaction goes through on your credit card. Will I be using them again? Well no, but it's not all bad...

I sent my ear buds Huawei and they cannot repair it , they offer me 55 euros as reemboursement. As this still under warranty I would expect much more from Eglobal as they claim to have a very good reputation I suggested them to replace the product for a new one. I am looking forward for your comments .

I bought 4 smartphones from them between 2017-2019. Fast delivery 7-10 days and all of them working perfectly. The only thing I don't understand why they don't sale longer Samsung brand. Thank you, Eglobal.

I purchased an iPad mini 2019 at £287.84 from eGlobal Central and used their free shipping (on orders over £50). The iPad mini wasn’t (actually) in stock and after several days of delay I eventually got an order dispatched email (with tracking link). After a couple of days, the shipment tracking then stopped at the My Hermes national sorting hub and after chasing eGlobal Central and My Hermes for weeks. Eventually My Hermes phoned me to apologies that they had lost my package and that they would compensate the eGlobal Central and I should go back to them. After chasing eGlobal Central, they eventually came back and said “I regret to inform you that the package was not insured so the maximum refund that I could provide you with is 10GBP” So, if you are looking to purchase an item over £50 from eGlobal Central. Then you are taking a big risk if you don’t pay for the extra insurance, which is 3% of the order cost, so budget that into the price! I was very fortunate that I made this purchase with a credit card, so could get my money back from them. This will be the one and only time that I use eGlobal Central and all I can say is “Buyer Beware”.

Huawei P20 Lite Mobile I bought a brand new mobile device in June, Had issues with it within a few weeks. Sent it to the Huawei authorised repairers in the UK who wont repair it as it was not brand new, it turns out it was a previously repaired device, Was this issue caused by e-global central or the Huawei factory? Either way I'm stuck with a mobile i bought brand new that does not work and can;t be repaired under warranty. Thanks very much.
