Company based in Hong Kong.
Take your money and pretend to send out your delivery then there is a mysterious delay. For a week and a half while ignoring your request for refund then send another email pretending new reliever is out.
However there delivery page is fake.
I lived and worked in Shenzhen and still did business with Shenzhen and a company there and their shipments where easy to track.
This company does not want you to know it’s based in Honk Kong and you won’t find out unless you investigate.

They charged me and then sent email that something is wrong with my order and that i should contact my bank. Since the payment was done via IDEAL my bank cannot do anything. Do not buy from this company. To cut a long story short, I ordered two lenses 3 months ago and I still have no lenses & no refund. They don't answer my emails and my credit card company would not pay as it is more than 120 days since I ordered these lenses.
Make sure you contact your credit card company as soon as possible and do not wait for Eqlobal to refund you.”

I was cheated the package was delivered to the trash bin, eGlobal don't want to take responsibility, don't want to refund my money and no answer for my massages. On the DPD docket is sign "Green Bin" not my name what it's Lukasz Wegrzyn. When I come back home green bin was empty because he was picked up by a recycling company.
Avoids any shopping on eGlobal if parcel will be missing you will stay with nothing and PayPal will not accept your claim.”

“Do not order from them! I ordered a phone and there was no indication from their website that it wasn't in stock. They spent weeks getting it in stock. Every time I emailed them it was only 3 days away. Eventually I gave up and asked for a refund. They ignored this and sent the phone out 3 days later. Finally the phone arrived 31 days after I ordered it. I then lost £15.80 returning it to Hong Kong. It has to be back in 10 days! That's less time then it took them to send it to me in the first place. And they refuse to pay for postage even though I asked to cancel the order even before they sent the package.”
