I bought 4 smartphones from them between 2017-2019. Fast delivery 7-10 days and all of them working perfectly. The only thing I don't understand why they don't sale longer Samsung brand. Thank you, Eglobal.

I purchased an iPad mini 2019 at £287.84 from eGlobal Central and used their free shipping (on orders over £50). The iPad mini wasn’t (actually) in stock and after several days of delay I eventually got an order dispatched email (with tracking link). After a couple of days, the shipment tracking then stopped at the My Hermes national sorting hub and after chasing eGlobal Central and My Hermes for weeks. Eventually My Hermes phoned me to apologies that they had lost my package and that they would compensate the eGlobal Central and I should go back to them. After chasing eGlobal Central, they eventually came back and said “I regret to inform you that the package was not insured so the maximum refund that I could provide you with is 10GBP” So, if you are looking to purchase an item over £50 from eGlobal Central. Then you are taking a big risk if you don’t pay for the extra insurance, which is 3% of the order cost, so budget that into the price! I was very fortunate that I made this purchase with a credit card, so could get my money back from them. This will be the one and only time that I use eGlobal Central and all I can say is “Buyer Beware”.

Huawei P20 Lite Mobile I bought a brand new mobile device in June, Had issues with it within a few weeks. Sent it to the Huawei authorised repairers in the UK who wont repair it as it was not brand new, it turns out it was a previously repaired device, Was this issue caused by e-global central or the Huawei factory? Either way I'm stuck with a mobile i bought brand new that does not work and can;t be repaired under warranty. Thanks very much.

Unethical company that does NOT honour the Dead on Arrival and distant selling rules. They sent me Singaporian Edition of the phone we purchased and NOT the UK edition. Therefore, does NOT work properly on UK network. They are slippery about taking the item back by referring to their system and then requesting video link. do NOT buy from them and if you had, hopefully you paid with PAYPAL that have anti fraud systems to deal with suppliers like them.

Add 10£ to any price that appears on this site. Or your parcel will be "lost" in transit and you will have no recourse. Quite incredible anyone could run such a scam in full view in the UK.

Please don't buy from them. Extremely bad bad bad experience and problem still not resolved. They deserve less than a star. Very unprofessional online store based in Hong Kong with extremely bad customer service with no communication skills at all. Besides the fact that I contacted them within one hour when I received my damaged gimbal, with a big horizontal crack on the display and multiple smaller scratches, plus the gimbal had a factory fault (the micro USB socket being too loose and not charging the gimbal) they refused to replaced the item or give me a refund.  I received a used and damaged gimbal and they are trying to blame the courier for this folts and they claim they opened a dispute with the courier and I need to wait. Considering that I have already provided all the evidence and the pictures they needed, why do I need to wait for their claim with the courier, when I don't have to do anything with this? Please, first resolve your customer issue and then you focus on your claim.  I am also within the 14-day return policy as I received and damaged item but they don't care. I still have to wait until they resolve their dispute with the courier?? That's ridiculous

Do NOT deal with them!!!! My order was left outside my door because I was out! Subsequently, by the time I got home, the parcel was not there! I immediately contacted eGlobal and they started their investigation, 24hrs later they asked me to prove my I.D. which I did, and then they stop responding to my emails (you have to wait 24hrs for response). I took the matter to PayPal and they sided with eGlobal because it had been delivered (to my street effectively or anybody that wanted it) So I tried chasing it up again with eGlobal and they said I had not returned proof ( i sent images of my email sent folder with date and time stamp. THEY ARE NOW IGNORING MY EMAILS, So I have lost nearly £300 pounds, (i did also purchase their postage insurance too, so that was more money wasted). Just to clarify, I was only asking them for a replacement as I still wanted my order. I WOULD NOT DEAL WITH THEM AGAIN AND WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM to anyone.

This place is a total scam - I've been receiving automated updates saying "We apologise for the delay, we are following up your order to get it delivered to you as soon as possible." for 30 days straight, and then silence. Package never got delivered, I wrote them a bunch of emails asking for the status and then for a refund - none of them have been answered. I tried to request a refund, but the link on the website saying "Request refund" just redirects to a home page. To treat their customer like this is a complete disgrace

If you are going to make an order from this company think twice before you do. I have use them a few times over the few years and spent a lot of money with no problems but my last order I placed in May but the items never came, so after several emails to them they just kept on saying that the items were stuck in custom and would refund my money when they got the items back. So in the end I had to get Paypal to get my money back, which I have just got my money back today. My advise is do not use this company. I certainly will not be ever us them again.

Spento 650 Euros on shore se846, never received, the package seems to be stucked in netherland, they never shipped again, they never refund me even if I paid plus 20 euros for insurance. 3 months now, they only answer my every day mail with: we need a logistics office response before doing anything. 3 months the same answer. No logistic office response arrived and I lost 650 euros, and will spend more for a lawyer

I ordered a new mobile phone from eGlobal on 16th July 2019 for more than £260. The product was shipped on 24th July but tracking on the courier's website stopped updating on 30th July. I reported this to eGlobal 3 times. On 14th August 2019, eGlobal confirmed that the package was lost and refunded a paltry £10 leaving me £250 out of pocket. Jokers! I will never buy from eGlobal again. Be warned.

I ordered a phone from them. I didn’t immediately realise that they actually operate from Hong Kong and don’t have a local presence. The site said it was in stock and delivery was in 4-6 working days so I was ok with that even after I realised there weren’t local. From my experience a few notes of warning. The website does not contain a contact number. They have text saying the phones are undergoing maintenance but I think it has been like that forever. There is also a link to submit a support ticket but the link is disabled and doesn’t do anything, 4 days after I ordered I sent an email as to shipping status. 6 days after I ordered I sent an email as to shipping status. 7 days after I ordered they send a response saying they were out of stock and I needed to wait until 11 days after my original order date. This is even though the product remained “in stock” on their website. 15 days after I ordered I sent an email as to shipping status. 16 days after I ordered I sent an email threatening to have my bank reverse the payment. 17 days after I told them I was starting the dispute process unless they promptly provided shipping information. They then cancelled the order and started the refund process. So from my experience: Don’t trust what they tell you in emails. I think they just stall and I guess hope they eventually get the item. You will only be able to contact them by email and then wait and hope they respond Their website is not accurate as far as stock status

Purchased GoPro Hero 7 Black. Camera arrived with a tilted sensor, all footage rotated clockwise by around 10 degrees. eGCUK accepted return and I had to send the unit to Hong Kong not UK as advertised. After receipt eGCUK said screen had a scratch on it so they won't accept it back. They wanted £80 to send camera "AS IS" back to me without even addressing the problem. I contacted my CC company and made a Section 75 claim against eGCUK. Fortunately I had photo's proving no such damaged prior to dispatch (eGCUK did it themselves! to avoid warranty repair/replacement). CC company refunded me in full & when eGCUK realised I had placed the claim they said "Oh we found a fault...." So blatantly trying to extort £80 to return a faulty unit to me whilst previously refusing to accept it. They lied & tried to con me. The company must be investigated & I have forwarded my evidence on to Trading Standards who I await a reply as I type this. BEWARE folks... eGlobalCentralUK cannot be trusted & if you have a fault you may well have lost your money. Credit Card purchase only, if you must, and always keep quality photos from receipt to return, if you want a hope in hell of refund. Took approximately 2 months to get my money back. They do not deserve the 1 star I have recorded. Good luck!
