beware.. this is scammed site. selling item as "in stock". but it is not in stock. make me wait for a week. and still have not shipped my order. stay away from these scammer

My items never come to my Greece and they never response to my ticket for refund or cancellation.

I ordered and paid for a phone on April 18 seeing that they offered 6 to 8 days delivery. we are now 19 days into the process and I have had tracking details from the for 7 days which are just platitudes. No note of who the carriers are. Have now sent 5 emails requesting information but had no replies. Having read the reviews I am now not surprised. I'm not angry - I'm fuming!! I really don't know what to expect but I think the answer will be NOT MUCH. I am going to contact Amex about this.

Avoid! I bought an iPhone in November and never received it. Tried for months to get my money back but no good. Please do not buy from here. The prices are too good to be true!

After waiting a month, I found out that the item (if it was sent) was sent to an incorrect address that I did not specify as the delivery address and the courier returned it to eGlobal. Terrible customer service: I purchased this item on April 7th and do not have the item or a refund! Customer Service is non-existent, with waits of 3-4 days to even get a response. Avoid at all costs.

Paid March 31th and have still not received my item. Cannot get a reply from these people when to received my item and they will not pay my money back. Don't buy anything from them.

Paid April 6th. Still have not received item Cannot get a reply from these people so now they have my money but I have no item. Worst customer service I have ever dealt with. Never again.

Ужасный магазин сделал заказ 2 марта до сих пор не товара не денег. На вопросы не отвечают, заплатил за быструю доставку, завтра пойду в банк и верну свои деньги.

I have actually bought from this company before, roughly two years ago when I purchased a Motorola. It came during the delivery time stated and it lasted two years. Since I had such a pleasant experience last time, I had no reason not to purchase from them again. Biggest mistake I've made in a long time, a month and numerous emails later (all met with silence) I have not received my package or had any form of response from the company. Despite still advertising deals, listing delivery times as 6-8 days on their website, regularly posting to facebook and no notice about the coronavirus on their website, they refuse to give any of their customers any sort of reason or explanation for their missing packages, or purposeful silence.

Customer care does not exist. Purchased samsung galaxy a71 start of April. Got 1 confirmation email that order was received and PayPal account debited. Since then, nothing. I have emailed everyday with no response. I have raised a dispute with PayPal who in turn contact them, still no response. I will now have to start a full claim with PayPal for compensation which could take another month or more. I took a chance with these as the prices are very good. Don't make that mistake again. STAY AWAY

I can tell you the tracking provided by this so called company is completely fake!! 62020-04-28Shipment is on its way to the local depot. 52020-04-27Your parcel has arrived at a sort facility. 42020-04-26Shipment will arrive at courier depot for sorting shortly. 32020-04-25Shipment is en-route to courier depot. 22020-04-24In transit. 12020-04-23The parcel has been picked by the courier; The parcel has left the courier's warehouse. Every 24 hours you get a new update and if you google it, everybody gets the same fake info from them. The tracking number provided doesnt even exist! Dont buy here! I have a dispute which I will escalate to a claim via PayPal soon if the seller doesnt respond in a few days. Seller doesnt replied to normal email so im getting my money back!

Bought a Nintendo Switch from them, was meant for a birthday due 2 weeks from date of purchase. Item was marked in stock with delivery 6 to 8 days.  Had to buy the Switch elsewhere and have cancelled the order online and opened a Paypal dispute as no response from sellers or update on shipment. The Switch arrived after 2 months from order, just 1 day before the due date of close of dispute, which Paypal for some misterious reason closed in favor of the vendor. I have never seen something like this in years with Paypal. It seems like they partner together to scam people with false promises, one with fake stocks showing and misleading delivery dates, the other one with the famous @Buyer protection@ promise I will never buy again from these scammers and will close my Paypal account immediately as it's no longer of any use to me

I would 100 percent not be purchasing anything from EglobalCentral. First of all, customer service is extremely poor. Customer service by phone takes a lot of time in waiting times and contacting through email is extremely time-consuming. They will only reply once a day and are not active on weekends. TERRIBLE! Additionally, the warranty process is something absolutely dogsh**! I have an ongoing process regarding my Nokia 7.1 phone where there is a problem with the charging port. I first contacted them in FEBRUARY and unfortunately, the process is still ongoing. You have to pay for the delivery to their repair centre which is in Hongkong. This cost me an unnecessary $40 AUD. After waiting months for my phone, not knowing what they were doing. I just got a message two days back that they were unable to fix my phone (was an easy fix). They sent me an option of waiting longer or getting a REFURBISHED (not new) Nokia 8. I asked to have my money refunded, but they said that wasn't possible. ABSOLUTELY HORRIFIC. I only had one option which was to get the Nokia 8, (a phone only of 5.3" compared to my 5.8" Nokia 7.1. I AM DOING YOURSELF A FAVOR!!! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM ANY OF THEIR BRANCHES! *I am said to wait another couple weeks for the refurbished phone to be delivered! 15.04.20

Completely dishonest. Products are shipped from overseas and shipping is guaranteed to take at least 1 month. They are extremely unresponsive. Buy your products elsewhere and save the headache.

8 month old Mi 9 broke; 7 weeks & counting for repair Bought Mi 9. Stopped working completely overnight after 8 months. Returned to eglobalcentral under their warranty process almost 7 weeks ago and still no sign of it. Customer service has acknowledged receipt, repair and return of the phone but the DPD tracking number only says a request for delivery has been booked. The parcel has not entered DPD's system and it has been like this for 2 weeks. Eglobalcentral won't act on this. All the while eglobalcentral don't provide a loan phone. Will not buy from eglobalcentral ever again.

scammers they said order was dispatched on their website but the tracking information shows that they merely created a label for over a week now with nothing actually happening never deal with those scammers

I purchased a 700 euro lens and it hasn't arrived. It's now a month since I bought it. They keep saying that there are delays. This site is a scam. I had previously bought a 100 euro lens and it arrived in 10 days. I decided to use them again but this time bought more expensive one. I believe they send cheaper products to build customer confidence and then when you buy at the high end, your product does not arrive. Do not be fooled, I was. It cost me.

Paid 600 for a lens 3 moths ago and am they are still telling me to be patient. Its a scam!
