I have only been with them 4 months but everything so far has gone as it was suppose to so no complaints There app is useful to know what your bill is exactly each month There sports app which came free with my package has plenty of things going on

Worst service ever can't rate eir low enough.no contact regarding date of broadband installation and still being overchared on my wife's mobile by 20 euro per month. Was told in eir shop parlay limerick by Chris the manager to stop annoying them as my presence was interfering with their sales

I am with Eir only a few months and I am already on my third modem since the first two modems apparently stopped working. I work from home and this unreliability is hurting my business

Eir are an absolute joke of a company we waited on 3 occasions for our internet to be installed but a technician never arrived so we cancelled but yet you are still trying to take money from our account should be ashamed of yourselves
