I wish we had never switched from Virgin Media to Eir. Since we changed on 22nd December we have had an engineer visit three times as our TV service just keeps switching off. We were promised a "seamless" transition and this has not been the case at all.

The broadband does not work so I disconnected it and I have never received a bill

Simply the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Moved house last summer and EIR charged me for a new Wifi Box even though they said there would be no charge. I'm STILL awaiting a refund since last Summer, every time I contact them they tell me a DIFFERENT Story !!!!

Your sub contractor was too lazy to put in a cable.They used every excuse. They did not even come out to the house in the end. We are now with 3. Oh and your team were no good either. Every excuse very very bad no help at all

It took ages to get broadband connection in 3 visits, now frequent disconnections experiencing, at least 50 times / day since new year. Pretty sure it will take ages to get technical support to correct this problem. Dr.Sohaib 0899768511.

Good, prompt service. Customer service team always easy and very pleasant to deal with. Only minus - trying to navigate the menus when dialing 1901!!

Customer service very poor. I had to ring numerous times to organise a time for the engineer to call out. I asked for my husband to be a named person on the account however any time my husband called the customer service representative wouldn't deal with him. It's a shamble of a service and requires significant professional input to avoid losing customers in the future. .

I had a very poor internet coverage , Eir then reduced the coverage and twisted my arm to go for fibre broadband which I agreed to try out. The coverage is better but not what EIR said it would be . tom

Service was professional, and accurate. The engineer never gave up and persevered until my problem was fixed, absolutely excellent service

I have only been with them 4 months but everything so far has gone as it was suppose to so no complaints There app is useful to know what your bill is exactly each month There sports app which came free with my package has plenty of things going on
