Was told a price and I agreed on went ahead with plan,1st bill wasn't as planned, rang up disgusted how ignorant the man was and started to raise his tone of voice with me, not a happy customer can't wait till contract is up

Installation was super easy, in fact not sure why it wasn't self install. Price was also good

It all went wrong from the start. As a part of a contract I was supposed to receive 100 euro cash back. It looked like a great addition to a deal I got. But after 3 months of trying to get a new code for my cash back I finally gave up. This is not how you treat a customer. It's disgraceful that you offer cash back and then just refuse to go with it. I won't be choosing Eir next time. At the start of this email I had "that my opinion matter" so there you go, does it?

Not saying iam happy but its better than 2years ago. The broadband is better (from 2mb in '15 to 12mb now) but EIR still advertise '100mb' available......

Very stable broadband, extremly good modem supplied when compared to those we have had from other suppliers. Never drops connection, never let's us down.

It has been absolutely brutal. I ordered a new line to my renovated house . I asked for it to be delivered underground and at point of sale I was told that was no problem. I am weeks on and I still have not had the line installed. Only yesterday the technician was meant to install on a rescheduled visit but didn't show up. On any occasion that I phoned customer service over the past few weeks I have been passed from one department to another - so incredibly inefficient. The service has been the worst I have received anywhere in my life.

The customer care agent (Simon) was very helpful with my query regarding my telephone. However, since moving over to Eir television we are disappointed with the programme s on TV. Most of them are repeats and shown many times before. There is no HD and I cannot record two stations at once. Big disappointment all round.

I wish we had never switched from Virgin Media to Eir. Since we changed on 22nd December we have had an engineer visit three times as our TV service just keeps switching off. We were promised a "seamless" transition and this has not been the case at all.

The broadband does not work so I disconnected it and I have never received a bill

Simply the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Moved house last summer and EIR charged me for a new Wifi Box even though they said there would be no charge. I'm STILL awaiting a refund since last Summer, every time I contact them they tell me a DIFFERENT Story !!!!

Your sub contractor was too lazy to put in a cable.They used every excuse. They did not even come out to the house in the end. We are now with 3. Oh and your team were no good either. Every excuse very very bad no help at all

It took ages to get broadband connection in 3 visits, now frequent disconnections experiencing, at least 50 times / day since new year. Pretty sure it will take ages to get technical support to correct this problem. Dr.Sohaib 0899768511.

Good, prompt service. Customer service team always easy and very pleasant to deal with. Only minus - trying to navigate the menus when dialing 1901!!

Customer service very poor. I had to ring numerous times to organise a time for the engineer to call out. I asked for my husband to be a named person on the account however any time my husband called the customer service representative wouldn't deal with him. It's a shamble of a service and requires significant professional input to avoid losing customers in the future. .
