“I've been a customer of element for about a year now so I can say this review is honest on my experience so far. Their shipping is usually very fast, but a bit expensive. I'm sure this is due to the new regulations for vaping products though, but when you see the prices in comparison to a local shop you will be saving money if you buy most of your items needed in bulk etc...
Their products always arrive in good condition, they have a great selection of items and juices. But the best part is their customer service. There prices on decent I won't say they are far below all competitors, but right on-par. The only product I really order is juice and coils, so I can't speak towards their hardware. From what I see doing lite browsing, they have some good deals. You can ALWAYS find a discount code for at least 15% off your order, so keep that in mind if checking prices.
Customer service is top-notch. I had a minor issue with a missing item from a large-ish order, and contacted them via their email support, and the issue was promptly resolved with no hassle, just the normal confirmations that would be expected.
