“Great little saw for small jobs. Battery life is good too. The carry case really falls short of expectation, it is soft and held together with Velcro. A rigid case would be so much better. Keep the cardboard box, you might want to keep the case inside that.”

“Great products but your business practices are incoherent and antiquated. Your buy direct website recommends an add on which I can’t find so I email the customer support asking for the part #. Your support curtly replies that thes support is just for direct buy order tracking so go see a dealer. If I wanted to do that I wouldn’t be buying online. Very inconvenient and not customer centric at all.”
