Ordered the woodsman case and added the gnome to meet the free shipping minimum. I only received the gnome and I feel that I have been trolled. I sent 2 emails, the first being more than a week ago. Im disapointed with stihl direct canada customer service and shipments managements. I wouldn’t recommend stihl direct canada to a friend.

I am very happy with the product, I have 3 chainsaws a leaf blower and a string trimmer. I am very disappointed that I have paid $180 for 2 new carburetors and have been waiting for over 1 month. The dealer tells me that Stihl has a new ordering system and there is no way of knowing when the carbs will arrive.

I have tried to find a motor for my FS76. No matter where I go I don't get any help. As I know that a different motor would fit it. I like my FS76 and works for me. No matter who I talk to they try to sell me a new Stihl. This is real hard to try and tell them I just need the motor. All I need is a motor for the one I have.

Hey ! il faudrait peut-être mettre de l'ordre dans vos spécifications concernant les souffleurs à batteries et autres produits... J'ai vérifié sur le sites de STiHL USA, STIHL CANADA et sur le site de vente direct de STIHL et les spécifications sont différentes sur les 3 sites. Exemple au niveau bruit, les spécifications sont différentes pour le même modèle. Même chose pour le nombre de CFM. Ça ressemble à de la nonchalance, publicité trompeuse et on se moque du client. On se croit tout simplement supérieur parce qu'on s'appel STIHL. Ce n'est pas très sérieux !!! Également, j'ai magasiné une tondeuse robot. Le commis chez Desjardins Sport n'avait pas d'info. En fait, il n'y a pas grand info sur le site de STIHL carrément. Pas moyen de savoir ce qu'il y a dans la boîte pour l'installation. Pas moyen de savoir le coût du kit supplémentaire d'installation. Bref très déçu de tourner en rond pour trouver la bonne info.

In 2021 I purchased one of your lawn trimmers from Agincourt Lawn &Garden. I boughtr the top of the line based on their recommendation, as well as seeing adverts for your products. The first time I used the trimmer I had a problem and took it back for repair ,the repair was not done properly and as a result I had to take it back again . Apparently they replaced the head with the wrong unit . Again back to the shop .they did finally repair the unit but not without me pointing out they had made a mistake right from the beginning. Even when I wanted to purchase replacement spools they couldn't help me. I then went to Silver Mile Hardware who were quite helpful' I did not use the unit last summer as I hired a local service to cut my lawn. I decided to cut my lawn myself again this year and pulled out my lawnmower after a year NO PROBLEM I then tried the trimmer and can't get the battery [I bought two as well and a charger at the original purchase.]to fit in the unit. I took the unit to Silver Mile who said he couldn't understand why it wouldn't install, and said he would repair the unit and advise me when it was fixed. That was 10 days ago and when I called this A.M. they told me they are waiting a response from YOUR FIRM This piece of equipment has been in the repair shop more often than it has been used I am deeply disapointed in your product, since I sought out a product that would make my chores easier, even though there were less expensive trimmers available I chose yours. Purchased as a Christmas gift for my daughter and son-in-law, who are avid gardeners, they have now finally used their trimmer and are very happy with it.

I bought a new MS 250 chainsaw a few weeks ago. It run for few hours one tank of gas. Then I tried to start it a few days ago would not start. Tried this a few times with no luck. Its not even broken in yet. Took it in to the dealer they got it running. Told me it floods easily had many complaints about this. Was not told by the dealer when I bought it is made in China. What junk, if I new that it was made there would never have bought it. I will never by a Stihl chainsaw again. Buyers beware!

recently bought a 140 C battery chain saw. The blade dulled after 1 1/2 days of sawing . Was told by the Stihl dealer in Cornwall he couldn't sharpen the chain because of the small chain that came on the electric saw , and that I would have to buy a new chain every time I dulled it at $25.00 each .That works out to a cost of $3.00 per hour to run the saw. I could not find any technical help on the Stihl website

Hello Dr L C, Thank you for leaving a review. The chain on the MS 140 C can be sharpened by either yourself or a STIHL Dealer if they choose to offer the service. You can visit stihldealers.ca, to locate another STIHL Dealer in your region or purchase a 2-in-1 File Holder for ¼” picco chain with a 1/8 file (part# 5605 750 4306) and replacement files are part# 0000 893 6401.

I purchased a FS38 Trimmer in 2020 and it's been nothing but a problem. It was purchased from Pickering Mower and they keep stating all is okay. In 2022 it was in for filter housing as the choke lever broke also in 2022 it was in for a module ignition castiron flywheel. I also complain numerous times the the line was feeding correctly last year but I got tired of their excuses (they would call when they got them in). Now in 2023 we tried starting it and it works for than stops (exactly what it did before we were told to us the High Performance Fuel but same issue. I was hoping for better customer service from Stihl and Pickering Mower.

I have 019 chainsaw in for repair, I am happy with the dealer but disappointed with stihl. Coming up six weeks and no parts. In business for 32 years and owning many of your products and very happy with them and parts availability. Now your company is costing me money. The competition is starting to look attractive. Reading your companies reviews are disappointing. Would appreciate a response. Thank you

Due to the heightened worldwide demand for our products coupled with disruptions in shipping and manufacturing, we are not able to provide our dealerships with the level of inventory they have received in years prior. As stock arrives into our distribution centres backorders are being filled and shipped out to our dealerships. We are working diligently to bring supply back to previous norms.

I took My BR 700 Blower into my local STIHL dealer to get a carb rebuild two months ago, and they still can't seem to get parts I tried to find the part on this website with no luck the owner's manual does not have a parts list either. When the machine works, it works great, but right now it is just a paper weight. I wish I had bought the 600 model, there seems to be more parts available, I doubt if I would buy a STIHL product again.

I would be very cautious buying a STIHL saw. I used STIHL oil, mixed at their recommended ration and have 6 month old $700 blown saw with very limited use that they will not warranty!! I was using two other pieces of two stroke equipment at the same time with same gas etc and no issues. I have had great luck in the past with STIHL products. But it’s the first time dealing with warranty and it is very disappointing. I emailed and spoke with a customer service rep and I am being told to contact the dealer. The dealer says contact Stihl. Stihl again says Contact the dealer. Good luck with any purchases and enjoy well they are running!!

Lame de qualité, extrêmement affûtée, elle coupe comme un charme. C'est un super outil à avoir pour de l'émondage à la maison, et même pour les professionnels. L'étui est également bien conçu, très pratique et solide. Livraison rapide, tout s'est déroulé rondement. Excellent achat, merci!

had stihl products for a long time had no real problems with them till i bought a new chainsaw 250s worked good for a short time then it has been nothing but problems with it have had in the shop 4/5 times same problem have been waiting on parts for at least 3 weeks a simple diaphram have been told will be in midweek and now have been told they have lost some parts and have to reorder it not sure when will be in it has been almost 3 weeks so this will be the last stihl product for me for the poor service like the product but needed working no good on the shelf waiting on parts

Bought the Stihl 800 leaf blower never ran right out of the box Had in shop four times customer service and tech line and warranty or a joke warranty is nonexistent Just get the runaround from customer service and tech line bought in the fall now it’s March in shop torn apart waiting on tech support or parts. Don’t know don’t care not running will not buy another Stihl have 460 and 034 chainsaws and grass whip so disappointed and Stihl selling them all
