“Great products but your business practices are incoherent and antiquated. Your buy direct website recommends an add on which I can’t find so I email the customer support asking for the part #. Your support curtly replies that thes support is just for direct buy order tracking so go see a dealer. If I wanted to do that I wouldn’t be buying online. Very inconvenient and not customer centric at all.”

Other dealers would tell me they would call back after checking if they had the items but did not. Ordered on line and arrived in 4 days. Love the item. Very poor customer service at local dealers.”

However, the string trimmer is very disappointing. It is all plastic. It looks a feels like a toy. The plastic cutters have been single use and the line system is very poor. I would not recommend.”
