“I purchased a number of products and accessories from STIHL in April 2024. The HSA 26 Shrub Shears stopped working in July. I have made two online requests for product support and received case numbers 200824-B41326162 and 270824-T21335583 but absolutely no feedback from STIHL to date. STHIL dealers have not been able to help either.

“I recently purchased a FSA 86 grass trimmer. It uses the AP 300 S Batteries which I use in my Stihl Chainsaw. The trimmer works very well but I caution you if you purchase this unit 2 batteries will cost significantly more than the price of the grass trimmer. Unless you can use the batteries in their other products chances are this is more than you need. The reason I gave this 4 stars is because the grass trimmer is 90 line which is not enough. It should be at least 105. All in all a good product from Stihl.”

“I am very pleased with the 2 items I have purchased. Use the chainsaw and blower all the time.
I am now north of 70 Years old and the battery products very easy to use.
When my gas trimmer wears out I'll replace with a battery powered stihl.
