Review: I’m a customer who bought a FSA Model 45 PO 20588 -product is not to my satisfaction as it uses some type of plastic trimmers as opposed to polyester cord.Sthil was very professional in directing me to an authorized dealer,to inspect and offer a better model FSA 57 Awaiting credit and replacement model Good company-My two immediate neighbors both are using the new required model Kindly expedite credit in order for me to purchase needed model

Bought myself the SHA56 Battery Vacuum Shredder and two AK 20 Batterys. As I cant handle the husbands gas power Vacume but have no problem with SHA 56 Battery Vacuum Shredder. Its not hard to carry or use and makes it so I can help more with yard work as I have some movment limmations. All this makes me happy so for me it was worth the investment.

Great little leaf blower for a good price, delivery time was good too, 2-3 days I think. I find that Stihl products are good anyway.

used my manual pump sprayer the second time and found it leaking profusely from the base of the canister - seems like Chinese quality

Original unit arrived damaged by shippers. Customer Service was excellent to deal with and sent a new replacement same day

It does what I needed to do…. Clean swim spa filter. Better then other electrical brands… Simoniz and cheaper too

Good service from Stihl, I must say that we were à bite disapointed with your carrier tracking information. It's coming, finally, was not coming. On and off for at least 2 to 3 days. Not friendly user their tracking info.

The trimmer is powerful, light weight, and the battery lasts more than long enough for my small yard. The blades that come with it were down to nothing after one use, so I’m going to try line instead next time.

Blower and leaf vacuum work great but my problem with these products is the cost of batteries and charger. If we are to turn around climate change why are companies charging such high prices for batteries. It's like if you buy our products we will make more money by overcharging to get a battery to run the equipment.

Got the FSA45 grass trimmer after getting rid of the GreenWorks trimmer which was too heavy and impossible to get the head off the change the spool. This FSA45 grass trimmer is fantastic for women because of the weight and because it takes blades and line which are really easy to change out. So glad I got this one.

Worst company t deal with. I purchased hedge trimmers and blowers and was able to take advantage of 2 free batteries under their promo. This was Oct 2024. Still no free batteries. Guess they hope their customers forgert to chase them down

My name is Trent Allridge and wanted to send you an email regarding the great service and knowledge I received in your Morinville store. I did email endusers email at Stihl as well. I have a MS250 which I brought into 2 different locations and they couldnt fix it. I brought into my local store and wow !!! The Technician took ot to the back and was with my ssw for 20 mins and fixed it on the spot. I am very impressed with his service and knowledge . He fully in detail went through all the features of the saw and showed me how to fix it next time. I will tell all my friends and co workers to bring there equipment to Rob as he really knows his stuff.
