“First time using the power sprayer, the two nozzels lost the brass part making the nozzels usless.
No indication of how to get warranty help in Canada. Sent email about the issue, never heard back.”

We are really sorry to hear about your experience with the power sprayer and the issues with the nozzles. I don't know why you didn't receive a response, I apologize for any frustration this has caused.
Regarding warranty support, I understand how important it is to get help quickly. Please take your product to your preferred authorized STIHL dealer for evaluation and repair. If it can be determined that the failure and/or damage to the product was the result of a manufacturing defect in materials or workmanship, the product was correctly registered and is still covered by the STIHL Canada limited warranty, it will be repaired at no cost.

I have made two online requests for product support and received case numbers 200824-B41326162 and 270824-T21335583 but absolutely no feedback from STIHL to date. STHIL dealers have not been able to help either.

“I recently purchased a FSA 86 grass trimmer. It uses the AP 300 S Batteries which I use in my Stihl Chainsaw. The trimmer works very well but I caution you if you purchase this unit 2 batteries will cost significantly more than the price of the grass trimmer. Unless you can use the batteries in their other products chances are this is more than you need. The reason I gave this 4 stars is because the grass trimmer is 90 line which is not enough. It should be at least 105. All in all a good product from Stihl.”
