“I am very unhappy with Stihl Canada. I purchased a hedge trimmer and it did not work properly. Contacted Stihl about a return and was told it had to be unused. I had to try and use this product wich made it used. Repair depot in Parksville would not attempt to repair. I WILL NEVER PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM STIHL.”
“Sent me a box with a few individual pieces skipping the assembly setup and missing half the parts like fasteners and the handle.
Sent a battery separately / delayed as another shipment, no notification/tracking/documentation.
No return shipping options. no support, they lied at first about sending a replacement. Apparently they were waiting for me to return the scrap parts before they will start processing a replacement. No offer to swap in store, so they didn't hold a replacement for me that they had in stock for days before I could drive the 30 minutes to their dealer. Had to wait for an assembled one to be shipped. Couldn't use it for the project planned.
Awful process control/support from online ordering.”

This necessitated the purchase of two additional batteries.
My Stihl worked from 6 - 8 hours a day 4 days a week.
