“Shipping for this cordless string trimmer took a long time. The item was well packaged. The powerhead works well however the trimmer head or cartridge containing the "string" does not work as it should. The string doesn't feed when I tap the head into the ground. Indeed, I cannot get the string to feed manually when I stop the unit, remove battery and attempt to feed out more string it still doesn't work. So I'm left with disassembling the entire unit, lengthening the string and the reassembling it. I'm not impressed to say the least.”
