It’s a pity that I can’t give 0 or negative stars. Still waiting for clothes I ordered 3 weeks ago. Just got stung with a $300 import tax at customs also on $800 purchase also Avoid this company like the plague. Absolute shambles

SHUTTING DOWN SHUTTING DOWN, No one is getting there orders, looks like END clothing might be shutting down into administration, typical pattern from previous company's that have gone under, ORDER ELSE WHERE Update - order is 4 weeks ago, no reply to multi emails, money has been taken Having to report to Credit card company to get money back

No answer No mail reply ! I had purchased clothes from END since 2022 Aug.30, till now I haven’t received any trucking information and my items. I had call to END customer service during the business hours, and nobody answer, also been writing mail to them but no reply~ WTF ? and I still received AD mail from them to enter the shoes draw? What is going on ?

Absolute ridiculous online shopping company ever. I understood there was an interruption in their backend system that caused the delay. However, their website still open to receive orders, it's not make sense. I received the shipping notification on 26 Aug 2022 said my order has been shipped and I saw the order status is "completed". I just called Fedex to check, the parcel is not yet shipped, their warehouse just created the label. I don't understand what's going on. Called their CS and no one answer. If they don't have enough manpower to backup or their system is interrupted, then shut down the website for god's sake. Stop running business until all these issues are resolved.

Première commande passée sur le site pour un tee shirt à 300€, livraison expresse car c'était pour un cadeau. 10 jour après toujours rien, je recommande le même teeshirt en livraison expresse, que je reçois en 48H. La première commande jamais reçue depuis le 10 juin, et aucun remboursement, plus de nouvelles malgrès mes multiples relances ! Autre commande passée, reçue, je renvoie pour 700€ d'articles qui n'allaient pas, ils ne sont jamais allés récupérer le colis !!! Et depuis aucune réponse à mes mails ! Bilan : 300€ + 700€ de perdus, plus de nouvelles de leur part ! ESCROCS !!!!!!

The customer service is bad because they are not willing to help. Only sensually respond and rational or useful solution. The item comes in used condition but shift back the responsbility into the purchaser, which the purchaser should pay the money if they are not "happy" with the item.

my pearl neckless fall apart after 2Monath. 400€ gone customer service were no help. "After investigating this further with the brand team and the brand themselves, I have received an update and unfortunately it is not the outcome we had hoped for. The feedback from the brand directly, as well as our internal team is that due to the time frame they are unable to deem this a manufacturing issue and issue credit. Unfortunately, for the above reasons we will not be able to get the product back to ourselves for a refund or an exchange."

I've been a customer for years and never had any issues until now. I recently returned a number of items and got refunded incorrectly - Liam Cervantes from customer service has refused to look into it, despite me sending proof that the refund was indeed incorrect (I actually have one of the items with me, so it is IMPOSSIBLE that it could have got processed by the returns team and therefore prooves they are lying). If any of your products goes mysteriously missing in a return you will have to accept the losses so be wary of this if you're trying on multiple items.

Utterly awful experience using END shipping to Argentina. Not only are the items stuck in customs due to the company failing to recognize within its billing process key buyer requirements needed for this country but they're offering absolutely no help to unlock the goods. Completely ancient customer care processes and customs compliance. Customer care was shockingly poor and handling the request and providing ample reasoning timely responses. Do not shop here.

I bought an expensive pair of trainer from End in Soho, London earlier in the year which, after 3 months, broke at the eyelets and were rendered pretty unwearable. I took them to End today and the staff there couldn't have been more helpful. I'd convinced myself that because the trainers were 3 months old, I'd have a problem with returning them. No such issue - the trainers were replaced straight away and problem solved. So impressed by the customer service and attention. Wish all stores were like this. Totally recommend this store.

Was sent the wring item twice and their system closed my refund case because I was instructed to purchase the item in hopes that their warehouse will get the correct item. Many emails went unanswered and had to call during their business hours in the UK to speak to a human. It took 2 months to resolve and issue a return label and refund. It took Amazon 3 days to deliver to my door.

What can I say other than I had the best experience, being served by Jordan on Saturday. He's knowledgeable, polite, and extremely helpful assistant. He went above and beyond to make sure I was happy before purchasing my converse game, all done with a smile on his face. On a separate note, I'm not entirely sure how some of the music being played in the store can be good for ones mental health, I found it very triggering.. I understand the concept/feel you're trying to create but still unsure as to how listening to aggressive beats spitting abusive language 12 hours a day can be good for your staff or even young children who might be in the vicinity. End may want to re-think their music library..

I took a punt & placed an order for 2 pairs of Adidas sneakers. Not only genuine item at a great price shipping & ARRIVAL was amazingly quick to Australia. Will definitely order again and HIGHLY RECOMMEND END as a Seller.

Wrong item sent to me, I already told them there might be a mistake since my friend ordered the same T shirt and he got the wrong one! Guess what, I got the same incorrect T shirt! This mistake can be easily avoided if End takes it seriously! In the end I have to pay 100 euros at my own expense to return it! Never ever online shopping for me, thank you End clothing.

An order that costs $150 + $9.99 in shipping fees will cost $100 in shipping fees to return it. They are uninterested in any assistance and cannot direct you to a manager over the phone. I cannot think of a single online retailer that behaves this way.

BEWARE!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! They have stolen over £400 of my money stating items I sent for return were not in the package that I sent back and so said they WILL NOT refund! They most certainly were!!! So I am left paying for their poor returns process where someone can clearly steal items and pretend they weren’t present! Disgusting! I now feel like I can’t shop online through fear that any company can just decide to confirm that the courier delivered the package but that items aren’t present. How can this happen? How can we protect ourselves from scammers like this! AVOID!!!

AVOID! Purchased a Christmas gift early December which ended up not fitting. The person send the item back in January and I was only issued with a credit note as the return was sent back more than 14 days after purchase. I'm now out of pocket as I'm not the type of person to wear anything from their website.

Wrong size shipped to the US - no free returns and import taxes. 14 year old here, very disappointed. This sucks!!!!
