Wrong item sent to me, I already told them there might be a mistake since my friend ordered the same T shirt and he got the wrong one! Guess what, I got the same incorrect T shirt! This mistake can be easily avoided if End takes it seriously! In the end I have to pay 100 euros at my own expense to return it! Never ever online shopping for me, thank you End clothing.

An order that costs $150 + $9.99 in shipping fees will cost $100 in shipping fees to return it. They are uninterested in any assistance and cannot direct you to a manager over the phone. I cannot think of a single online retailer that behaves this way.

BEWARE!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! They have stolen over £400 of my money stating items I sent for return were not in the package that I sent back and so said they WILL NOT refund! They most certainly were!!! So I am left paying for their poor returns process where someone can clearly steal items and pretend they weren’t present! Disgusting! I now feel like I can’t shop online through fear that any company can just decide to confirm that the courier delivered the package but that items aren’t present. How can this happen? How can we protect ourselves from scammers like this! AVOID!!!

AVOID! Purchased a Christmas gift early December which ended up not fitting. The person send the item back in January and I was only issued with a credit note as the return was sent back more than 14 days after purchase. I'm now out of pocket as I'm not the type of person to wear anything from their website.

Wrong size shipped to the US - no free returns and import taxes. 14 year old here, very disappointed. This sucks!!!!

Won a raffle for the first time in my life after entering 50+ raffles, conveniently the package wasn't dispatched and went "missing". The rumours of them back dooring items seems true. After speaking to customer service, their response was that they will "look into it" but will not give me any feedback, funny that right ? Instantly refunded my money and swept under the carpet, but someone from End now has my item. Very unhelpful. Secondly I have sent 2 items for refund and even though tracking shows they have received it i have not yet got anything. The customer service is probably the worst I have experienced online. Do not buy from this company, they will scam you out of money and despite requesting an exchange/refund with a return of £300 of items they do not follow through. No refund issued whatsoever, claiming that it is lost. They don't pick up their phones, only via email where you may receive a return response They also use bots to create fake reviews on trust pilot claiming a great service.

I entered a draw for a pair of Adidas and they tried to charge me the amount even I wad not won the draw. My bank had to message me at 1 am and block their attempt. Scam page .

Beware of return policy. Only online retailer I know that does not cover cost of returns and they hide that language very well on there website. They can care less about making customers happy and there are way to may options out there to choose them first.

Buyer Beware - I live in the US and by the time the package arrived, it was too late to have enough time to see if I liked it and I went past their 14 day return policy. Just horrible customer service that could really care less. Never ever again from this outfit.

I ordered a pair of Yzy 700 copper and a adidas hoodie few weeks before Christmas End managed to charge me for the items Yet manage to deliver the package to a totally different address The worst thing is I usually get confirmation for a time slot on delivery or confirmation of delivery. This time no confirmation of delivery When I checked the package had been delivered to this unknown address a week before I thought there’s something strange here I managed to track my package but on contacting customer service I wasn’t able to gain a refund even though it’s not my fault for the missing package and nor have I had any confirmation on if I will still be receiving my product Thanks End.Clothing for a miserable Christmas ☹️

Hei END clothing. I note that END clothing think it is good costumer service to mess up an order and leave it up to costumer to sort out the extra costs that this has given the client. - END clothing has done a mistake which the admit. - END clothing has given the costumer extra cost related to tax and import frees due to this mistake. - END clothing leave the work to the costumer to try to sort out an refund of the extra costs from Norwegian custom. - END clothing doesn’t take any responsibility for this mistake.

ENDCLOTHING sells B grade items that no one wants and that is why the price is lower. Every time I have purchased something from END the product is always messed up one way or another. Customer service is also horrendous with no resolutions or compensation. You can get better service starting a dispute with your card company which you will probably do.

Ordered from USA and was never made clear at any point that this was a UK based company, and that return shipping for exchanges would have to be paid by the customer. One of the medium carhatt T-shirts I ordered was more like an extra large. The customer service person I email with, Olivia, was polite, and pointed out that they were different fits, but to me this was still unacceptable. Their website listed a difference in the fit size of 3/4 on an inch pit to pit and it was more like a 3 to 4 inch difference. The T shirt cost US $54 which is insane in the first place, but the cost to ship it from US to UK priority international was $57. Never again – US buyers beware

worse clothing store ever. they stuff don't look even close to what they look online. Don t waste your money cuz they don't pay for return shipping and it cost $100 to ship back to UK

I wish I could give them -5 stars, I ordered a pair of shoes in December and contacted them to organise an exchange. I paid $100 to return the shoes to END in the UK and still after 6 months they are claiming to never have received the shoes even though there is proof of return by the shipping company and the return was signed off by a staff member. I have been in contact with multiple different people in management going back and forth and even though I have proof they were returned they are deciding to ignore my emails and refusing to refund my $900 even though there is proof they were returned to their address!! I would NEVER recommend END Clothing again unless you want to be scammed!!

I ordered an Air Jordan Pant size S and i received a jacket size M. I'm trying to contact them but they are not going to reply at all, email or phone call they totally ignored me. I was waiting 20 days to receive that stuff and i received wrong. Absolutely to avoid.
