Well I would like to say great company I purchase a Gucci bag from the store and I got the bag I also paid for faster shipping and it came in that same week. I'm from the United States great prices I didn't have to contact customer service since they shipped so fast I just had to wait for the package to Fedex.

End Clothing. I don't have a choice but Forcing to put one star as I have to write it down my negative review.. If I could put non star I would be satisfied. Absolutely appalling customer service…END. Absolutely appalling customer service ,I have ordered pair of shoes which has not been delivered once I contacted customer service team they said shoes has been delivered and they decided to close the case ,they also told me to report it to the police as theft. I spent a lot of money and also paid for a delivery ,have been waiting all day at home for the product to arrive which has never happened.Once they conducted their own investigation with DPD they told me the driver delivered the shoes .Do they really think I would bother myself to contact them if I had my product ...I feel very disappointed that Jasmyn Rogers took driver word over mine ,when I am the effected customer who never received their product, as at the end of the day I have lost the money ,therefore I want to warn all customers to stay FAR AWAY from END. I can't help myself by mentioning the rudest customer service rep called BETH DOWSE which had a ,,what do you want from me attitude "and tried to get rid of me by telling me to go to the police straight away, Stay away do not shop from END. online store !!!!!!!! as you will loose the money and you won't get any help from their customer service team .

END sent me the wrong item, and I paid 25$ in duties/taxes for the wrong item. I sent it back and a support agent from END promised that they would refund the duties/taxes I paid. AFTER they received my item back, they suddenly told me they couldn't refund me anymore. I had email proof from their support email. This company does not honor their promises, and clearly returning something, EVEN THOUGH THEY SENT THE WRONG ITEM, is still a headache with them. I would stay away from this company if possible.

Do not purchase from them. 1. received incorrect Item 2. reply on emails after 10 days and 3 reminders 3. return shipping cost (30 EUR from europe at customers expense although it was a mistake on ENDs side. 4. They provided me with incorrect return address via email so that they can extend the whole discussion. -> package is somewhere now. 5. They initiate a Customs (Tax) Service from FED Ex and Fed Ex will send you a BILL not just for Tax also for additional FedEx service that END has booked for YOU at your expense My order #13000074018

Absolutely shocking company, didn’t receive the item I paid for - was refused a refund or replacement, was told to go the police as ‘it wasn’t there problem’. Shocking customer service, had to keep messaging them as they were not replying. Still no justice for the missing jumper!

Awful online store. The worst of those whom I have come across. Dimensional chart of Dr. Martens 1460 vintage is not true! The size chart indicates that 6.5UK is 25 centimeters. Chat operator Briege told me that 6.5 UK is 24.6 centimeters. But when the boots came, it turned out that it was 25.5 centimeters! They are too big! I wrote a complaint to the chat on Saturday (February 20), chat operator Briege promised me that the sizing team will check the size on Monday (Feb 22). They couldn't give me an answer for a week! As a result, I myself wrote several times and finally I was told that they did not see the error. I sent a photo of the insole measurement, where it can be seen that it is 25.5 cm! I was sending a screenshot of a chat message where the operator lied to me and gave me the wrong information. But no one cares about my evidence! I'm sure the sizing team didn't even measure the boots! I made a return and demand that they compensate me for the cost of the return, 2340 rubles! My order number is # 17000044025

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY Im appalled you are scammers No wonder you have SO many bad reviews online about no one receiving there refunds , its absolute rubbish. You have scammed me and placed the jeans in there and this is your plan for every order when people want to return items. You are meant to be morals as a company and I will recommend no one to shop here as you are thieves.

Customer Experience Post I have been an END. customer since 2018, and am sad to report that I've had issues with each of my orders. From receiving the incorrect size shoes, to long delays clearing customs, and getting entirely the wrong items... needless to say, each order progressively got worse. During a recent sale, (at a time where we cannot go out shopping due to the pandemic) I submitted a larger order then usual, which took a couple weeks for them to ship, due to a "stock" issue. All the same, it seemed fine given the fact that it was it was over a month before Christmas, as many of the items were intended to be gifts. Fast forward to two weeks after Christmas, on January 12th, the boxes were finally released from customs, and delivered... but horror soon emerged as I saw that one of the three boxes had been badly damaged (see photos below), with many of it's items missing. Upon further inspection it appeared that these boxes must have been made, and not your typical boxes (e.g. larger inner flaps, uneven cuts), and in another box I discovered broken items. The overall packaging of all three boxes were not sturdy, had inadequate cushioning, nor the support for the weight. My advise to END, reeducate your warehouse with the FedEx general packaging guidelines, and elevate your standards. Absolutely the worst company I have ever dealt with. I bought a pair of shoes which they shipped to my house and was faulty. I contacted customer service who promised to personally send me a new clean pair and they had dirty black stains. Its been 3 months i returned both pairs and now they tell me they dont have the shoe I ordered. I therefore requested a refund and they are not answering me...absolute thieves!

It’s been 2/3 years since I ordered things from END. on the regular and only once I had a bad experience with a T-shirt that was a bit mistreated but nothing a wash and ironing wouldn’t fix and quickly they gave me back 10% of the order as a sign of good service. But since brexit they have no hands in nothing, it’s been 3 weeks since I ordered something and it says the order is shipped and completed since like 2 days after I paid. Till now I don’t know where the order is, there’s no tracking number in my email, there’s absolutely no response from their emails, phone numbers, live chats etc and I’m still waiting to pay custom fees on a thing that should have arrived before brexit was initiated. It’s a pity cause I liked their service but this is too much, it’s definitely the last time I order. Just for an example my wife ordered something from Dover Street Market and it took 2/3 days to arrive.

Return from Canada is a nightmare. It is mentioned on your website that you are not responsible for return charges which is not acceptable. You are proposing a tracker by YODEL and no other company here in Toronto is taking it. If we want to return the parcel we do have to pay it ourselves.

Received trainers already worn Sent me a pair of trainers with tags missing/removed , dog hairs on the insole , scuff marks on insole , paper stuffing missing from inside , trainers left out of paper wrapping. The trainers had clearly already been worn. Only offered me to keep the already worn trainers with a small discount or to use their service again via a ten pound credit note , to probably receive used items once again. This is not the first time I have received used items from this company. There are plenty of other good ones , use them instead

Ordered 3 items from 1 brand, 2 different bags and a jacket. 1) Bag have all tags, quality control sheet and comes in plastic bag as it should be. 2) Jacket without quality control sheet and in different color. 3) Bag without any tags and plastic bag. *Quality control sheets are the feature of the brand. Color of the jacket wasn't my main complain as its dark grey instead of black. But the fact that bag comes to me from the shop without any tags like I bought it used on ebay wasn't good at all. Contacted End support and they asked me to take photos of the stickers on the bag, which I don't have of course. Then they replied that probably they used bag for the photo shoots and lost tags. So I bought used bag from a shop. Also tried to tell me that dark grey and black is the same color! Actually they had both colors with different photos. Then they offered send order back as I'm not happy with it. Of course they said that I need to pay for delivery. To clear the situation, I payed custom fees for it and this mistake of the shop would cost me double price of the bag if I would send it back and pay for delivery. As a bonus they also listed wrong measurements of the jacket, I asked in their live chat about it and they told me that they're accurate. As their measurements was way far away from the measurements on the official site of the brand I take risk and believed official measurements instead of End ones. And even here End was wrong. As another minus to their "service" and shop - they tried to report my review on another site. Overall even a 1 star is too much for them in my case.

Placed an order with them, as I have done many times in the past 6 years or so but usually I only buy shoes. Anyway in this case I bought £200 worth of items and the package did not show up. I immediately took the necessary steps to try to locate my package and the courier. I also contacted end and they advised me to do the same, I was unable to locate this package and emailed end clothing again. I was contacted by Matthew Haris from end clothing, this is what he said “This investigation will consist of the driver being interviewed and returning to the delivery address, to confirm where and to whom this was delivered so the parcel can be recovered. They will also check the GPS location of the driver so he can return to the location to resolve. This investigation can take up to 5 working days to complete, however the courier will provide us with regular updates throughout which will be forwarded to you as and when we receive them.” After not hearing anything back from them and having to CHASE THEM UP 12 days later Matthew responds with “ Please accept my apologies for the delay in resolving this issue for you. Unfortunately we are experiencing a longer time frame than initially advised which I can only apologise for, but this is completely beyond our control at this stage.” So now I’m waiting indefinitely because no time frame was given to me, bear in mind there is a time limit on how long I have to raise a dispute with the courier. After chasing them for another 7 days from this email they eventually made the decision to not refund me, this was during the first COVID 19 pandemic and lockdown of 2020, there was limited services as well as huge financial pressure on myself during these unprecedented times. I was briskly told to take it up with the police or courier services now as this was my only option. Matthew haris took so long dealing with this that I was unable to raise a dispute with the courier services, as the time frame from when the delivery had been made has passed. I’ve spent over thousands of pounds at this store over the years. Customers could never be valuable to a company that sells face masks for £89 to be honest. You will find attached communications and the picture dpd have used as a confirmation of delivery. There are 300 flats in my block with the same door.

Questionable...I have bought three items from this store. Two items were full price and came perfectly fine, tags and all, 2 day fedex shipping. This last one....well it was discounted 45% off. So I figured what a great deal! I get the item, shipping and everything goes fine, open it up and I see the hoodie not in any original packaging, no tags attached, and the draw string was missing a metal clip. Now I know this does not seem like a big deal but when you pay 200 for a hoodie it becomes an issue. So I contacted their customer service and they said they do not sell pre worn or irregular clothing or ones with faults. Well obviously you do if you sent this one out. It must have been the last one and they were probably trying to get it out of their inventory since that size does not show up on their site but for future buyers, BE CAUTIOUS OF DISCOUNTED ITEMS. That's all I can say from my personal experience thus far.

Denied returns and shady currency conversion. Bought a pair of Trickers and returned them because of too large in size. Had only used them indoors. They then, without any notice returned them back to me stating that they could not accept the return due to dirty soles(!)(which was utter bullshit). This caused me to have to pay double the import taxes. The whole deal cost me $1000 for a pair of $400 shoes that I can't use. Several years later I make another order which to Norway should be VAT free. They state the order is VAT free, but the prices are identical to VAT inclusive SEK, GBP, USD and EUR prices when in reality the NOK prices should have an 20% discount. I spoke to customer service which confirmed that they use their own currency conversion, basically ripping off customers like Forex and the Big Banks. Stay away.

Everything is good until you need to return an item. I ordered a Stussy "vibrant yellow" jacket that has a completely different colour in person than compared to the website image. It is described on the website as vibrant yellow but it's really a dull green/yellow colour. This was just part of a larger order so I asked them to cover the cost of the shipping because the image and the description wasn't accurate and I sent them pictures showing the obvious difference and they just replied saying that colours can look different depending on the brightness of your screen and they wouldn't cover the cost of the return. I'm using a Macbook. I've been a customer since 2014 and spent a bit with them over the years but won't be using them again after this.
