Nice selection, however they do not disclose that there will be customs and brokerage fees. Because they have a drop down for your current location you assume that there will be no duty. I feel like there should be more disclosure on their end to make this apparent. Over all seems kind of shady as it is a lot of money.

Received my off white T-shirt, tags were already broken off and looked like it had been worn . Customer care said I had to pay to return it for these issues . Very poor customer care

Ordered a pair of sneakers for $315 dollars. Sneakers don’t fit and was the wrong size. They sent the wrong size now I have to pay $75 dollars to send them back and they refused to accommodate me. Worst experience by far! I would suggest you find someplace else to shop. I’ll never shop this site again... Not to mention, my delivery wasn’t on time either.

19th of februari: Ordered item at End 28th of februari Returned the item to End 4th of March End recieved the the item 11th of marth End has given the item back to the postal service, so it will be dilivered to End again. Source: dutch postal service 11th of March End Bea: Once your order has been returned to our warehouse, this usually takes around 48 hours to process. 12th of March End recieved the item again. Source: dutch postal service 12th of March End Kirsty Todd: This should be refunded back to you in the next few working days. It would take up to 48 hours. 18th of March End Kirsty Todd: They will do a few checks and get back to me asap, as soon as I hear from them I will get your refund processed. 18th of March End Kirsty Todd: I can see that we have now received a reply and the returned item has been refunded back to you. You should have received an email in regards to the refund. Refunds can take up to 3 working days to go back to the original method of payment. 21st of March End Alex: There has not been a refund made, we look into it. We have no confirmation that we recieved the item back. We can not contact return department direct. We will contact you.... Don’t buy here, it’s customer service is bad.

Boarderline criminal behaviour. Ordered a jacket, received a cancellation notification email due to stock issues. I revisited their website to see stock still showing albeit at a new highly inflated price! After contacting them over this issue they agreed to honour the original price. Days later the same happened again! Weeks later they have the jacket and my money, and I have their promise of a refund. Jacket is still showing in stock at the inflated price after they said they updated the stock levels to show unavailable (all lies)

So apparently 90 pounds is 130 euro on their website in 2020 (102 euro = 90 pounds by todays conversion rate). Most of the items have that price problem. Would avoid if not buying from uk.

This company is terrible and profits off of your inability to return to uk. I bought shoes for 130 dollars and it would cost 80 to return, they do not offer any support.

This is the 3rd time I’ve ordered stuff off this website to be sent an email a few days later saying stock isn’t available and the product will be refunded. I’ve asked to cancel the other items with the order and they say it’s too late everytime. Customer service is horrible, although they do get back to you but they use the same excuse every time. Don’t waste your hard earned money on this site as it isn’t cheap

I entered END launches with the price stated $119 and 2 days later the price changed to $139. When I asked customer service why is there changes. They reply it may have been system syncing issues?? But the launches is been there a week ago and the price changed 2 days before the launches. END is really ending their business.

END.com Not Valuing Customers I had mistakenly placed a wrong order for a pair of sneaker from END.com in the UK. The sneakers received were in Boys Size instead of Adult. I’d thought UK 12 is an US 13. Long story short, I had to concur $66 dollars of return postage on a pair of $133 sneakers. When I reached out to Customer Service (David Baker) to plead forgiveness and in asking for a $66 credit to put towards future purchase. Guess what? Completely got shot down with a flat NO... Guess END is doing so well and that Customer Recovery is not within their vocabulary, especially to David Baker. Not going to be a sore loser but wanting to WARN consumers ordering through END. If that’s the way they want to run their business, they will end up like their Company name....

I bought my shoes from the U.S, but the shoe was too big for me. So I wanted to change size, but in order to return the shoes I had to pay $130 and they don’t change size for free. NEVER buy from this site.

I ordered a jacket in medium size and received it in small size!!! I sent them email and they told me to return it paying the shipping cost, which is 30 euros from Greece, and then they will send me the right size!!! Additionally I truly believe that the Barbour jacket I ordered is fake because the labels have nothing to do with the original ones.

I ordered my Sneakers on Tuesday, and Friday they were ready for pick at the Fed Ex store. I was skeptical about ordering after reading the horrible reviews. Happy to say, no issues for me.

Misleading sale practice - Was trying to get my purchase from them due to the quick delivery time as claimed on its website. I initially placed the order on the basis that it would arrive by Dec 5, 2019. It turns out my order wasn't even processed for shipment as of Dec 5 and it is impossible for the parcel to arrive on time. I asked to cancel the order and get the item elsewhere, and was told that I can only return them for refund AT MY OWN EXPENSE. Lesson learnt: Don't take the delivery time stated on its website seriously. They don't mean to abide by it.

I should have read these online reviews before placing my orders. Needed a bag urgently and it's not in stock in my country. Saw the Fedex delivery from End and estimated delivery date in few days will be in time for me. Annoyingly, there was no status update on the order after 4 days, so it's quite unlikely to be on time. Checked to customer service, am told that stocks are in 2 warehouses, so it takes time. The estimated delivery time to absolutely just scam to entice you to place order. There is no sense to keep to it.
