“I would have appreciated your service if the fee I paid had covered the resume I needed to create. Very scanty and very limited options for a paid service I needed to create by myself from the scratch. A little bit of support at this time in life and history will have been most appreciated especially considering the fact that I am a returning user.”

“Love this service and I understand why the design isn't totally flexible. You're saving us from making stupid design mistakes, which turned out to be exactly what I needed. Thanks. I am rating this service poor for one reason only. There is no way to report issues to you, which I find totally unacceptable for any business. Enhancement suggestions are not the same thing, and you shouldn't assume your users are too stupid to understand the difference, or that you don't make mistakes. The "Montserrat" font for the cover letter is not the same font used in my resume. It was the other day, but today it is not. That is a bug, and I can't find a way to report it to you other than this. Bugs happen. Allow us to help you find them so they can be addressed quickly.”

“I am unable to adjust the alignment of the text which is one of the most important things in any CV to make the paragraphs properly aligned.... I tried to contact the technical support but unfortunately I did not any reply!”

“Has tons of great features but the prices are absurd. You can find similar for much cheaper and free. I also wish there was more freedom in formatting and spacial arrangement.”

“Not enough templates. Mandatory deduction even if a customer has not used the service. No response over mail on further queries. Will not recommend to anyone.”

“- No customizable font size - Cannot move sections freely (they're always attached, no free space in between) - A very very very limited set of templates, only four! - Links provided by the "insert link" feature are passed through the EnhanCV API which I don't like, I'de prefer direct link access.”

“After I pay for premium I should be able to change the text size of different sections. Make it more customizable for premium. Also should be able to freestyle add sections and customize them instead of having to choose from yours.”

“I signed up for the $15 a month service, as I liked their style options compared to some competitors and it was a quick way to iterate. Unfortunately, their download feature is broken and I cannot download a copy of the resume I've created on either Chrome or Safari. This has been a huge waste of time for me after spending hours crafting a resume on their site while I have job opportunities waiting for an update. And although it's a Tuesday, their support bot says they will be back on Friday. How is this acceptable for active job seekers?”

“Although I really like using your templates, I think you could improve on customer service. I had a billing issue last year and it was very hard to get ahold of someone, and then there was a lot of miscommunication. It was frustrating. Also it would be nice if you could offer a way to make a single resume for a flat fee instead of a monthly service.”

“Good website but the limitations are so annoying. The ideia is amazing, everything is pretty and organised, I really enjoyed doing my CV here BUT, the price for the unlimited version is outrageous. I paid 5 dollars just to finish my CV and go away, never to return again. (Unless in a new account to make a quick CV in 7 days). Consider changing your prices.”

“Lots of unnecessary limitations when building a resume in Enhancv that are not present when working in MS Word. Suggestions: 1) remove limit on number of times a section type can be used, 2) Allow adjustment of text size / color. 3) Allow customizing of sections”
