“I rented a car from enterprise in Quincy.
It was snowing and driving under 15 and came down the steep hill to turn on right on Newport Ave. The brake would not work. The car sped down the hill and into Newport avenue and I was forced to cross 4 lanes. I taught for sure I’ll hit the guard rail on the far left that block the train tracks. Somehow I turned the wheel left without hitting anyone. Then the brake engaged.
I went back to enterprise. Told them what happened.
One of the guys immediately checked and said the wheels are completely stripped!!!! Another guy insist this is normal given the weather!!! He needs to go through trading again. I told them I felt unsafe and changed vehicle.
My child was in the back. Was so scary.
It does not take 5 mins to check the tires and review when the brake pad was serviced. This company needs a full review of its practice!”
“I called and rented a car for today - same day rental. When I got to the location they said “sorry, we don’t have any cars”. Clearly their corporate staff has no idea what the local agencies are doing. This created a major issue for me.”
“I turned in a vehicle at the end of Oct without damages. Then get a 1100 dollar bill for rim damages and oil filter changes ect. Needless to say cant trust them.”

“The worst customer service experience I've ever had. I reserved a truck and 10 minutes before I arrived to pick it up they told me they gave it to another customer. They advised me to go to a different location and all terms of service would be exactly the same. Same rates and same vehicle. That was not the case. So after attempting to rent a vehicle from them for over 4 hours my reservation was somehow canceled and I had to make arrangements for the following day with another company. Thanks for wasting my time and money. I will never recommend or rent from them EVER!”

My name is Nahesi' Parmes I've been a member at enterprise for many years.. I was disrespected first by the manager Adrian who's over Burleson and Cleburne Texas I know for sure.. He stood over me like a raging bull, sweating bullets coming down his face like he was on some type of drug.. Just when we thought Ms. Marilyn had taken care of the problem ( I wasn't really satisfied then) when I can back in August 2023 booked a rental he waited 4 minutes before I had to be there and told his team to call and day I couldn't rental there.. And for me to go off 35 to Service king.. No one watched the tape to see how anger and how ugly towards another manager by the name of Josh, he said he was no longer with the company because of his actions whole time the man who promoted to another store.. The second problem came when Patrick at the felix store lied and said he didn't hear from me and had the suv I was in repoed.. Not only did he lie bur hit my friend card knowing that wasn't my card not once but three times.. That's a short version. Then I drove out yo the main office in irving Texas and spoke with Bree telling her I didn't want to speak to Richard nor the mangers over him, only to learn the lady over Richard had him disrespect me to the fullest and had him call my cousin manager in car sales Donavan to soak with my cousin Trina about me.. this is not a family rental no one in the company should have known about what was going on.. Patrick told other managers that Trina was my cousin and she wax taking me through what to do when she didn't even know what went on.. A operator gave me the number & the address over the 800 number. I have called and made several reports Dale lied and thought he was going to bully me when I asked for someone over him, he then told me that they would only reroute the call back to him... This is not how Enterprise was ran these new so managers was not trained properly I would like to speak with Ms. Christy herself... I've never been so violated and disrespected in my life.. What type of management would think someone would give up.. I know they don't own enterprise and we've never had this type of customer service... PLEASE MS. CHRISTY CONTACT ME AS SOON AS POSSIBLE... My baby had to ride a uber with a complete stranger to get to school, Patrick thought it was a game.. Dale act like this couldn't be handled no other way..And Adrian he thought Jr was the big bad bully... I do not appreciate how this was handled..”
“We rented a car from the Atlantic City airport in Dec 5,2024. And as we drove away the dash starts flashing engine failure please return to service half way to our destination. We had to turn around and they gave us another vehicle, which we had no problem with. When we returned it we made sure the vehicle was cleaned. Because prior to returning it we emptied the vehicle and when I open the middle console we found a Jersey with blood stains on it in the trunk we found croc jibbits and water bottles in the third row. When we dropped it off we didn’t think anything and went on our way. Well the next day we get an alert that we are being charged a $150 charge so we called and they couldn’t give us a reason why first they said we had a car seat in the third row, mind you we are all grown adults. So we called back and the second person said he left trash which is a lie. So we asked to speak to a supervisor and they said someone would call us back till this day still waiting for that call. We called a third time and they are now saying we smoked weed because they found weed crumbs on the floor, no one smokes weed and they obviously don’t realize this is a rental and many people come in and out of the car. Asked to speak to another supervisor and nothing they hung up on us twice. Till this day I still don’t have a clear reason as to why we are being charged. And no return call from anyone. I will make sure my firm and I will never rent or recommend Enterprise Car Rental.”

Left is stuck in Miami. Luckily American Airlines actually ACCEPTS DEBIT CARDS and we got a straight shot home. I discourage EVERYONE from using this company. They were happy to let us drive a car to Florida, then wouldn't take our card to drive back!! And the agents at BOTH MIAMI AND KNOXVILLE airports are the RUDEST PEOPLE EVER!!! What a sad little job they have.....”

In particular, a Mr. Tecce really stepped up to help me out long after any business obligation required him to do so.

They upgraded me for free from a small SUV to a minivan. The vehicle was clean and easy to drive. I received a customer service call during the rental period just checking on whether I was happy with the rental and whether I had any questions. Everything about this rental experience was positive and I will absolutely rent from this location again.”
“I made reservations at the 5059 Beeler st denver 80238. I went the on 11/19/24 to pick it up they didn't have a car for the time I reserved it and was told maybe after 5pm. I should have been notified because my husband had buisines meeting and needed it the next morning while I car was in the shop. It was very difficult to even get thru to make reservations. Nobody picked the phone. Then to be told to I would have be able to get one at 3pm and they didn't have it. And was told I couldn't rent one because the insurance company had to call it in. I offered to pay for it. And was given an outrageous quote. I found out later the next day at your location in north east Aurora location, it was not problem I didn't have to go thru that I already had my claim number and was in the system. My husband and I walked away so frustrated with Penny handling this, she was very short. And so unprofessional. My husband took Uber to his meeting while we went to your location in north Aurora where Colton Chase to very good car of us”
“On Friday December 13th I had to put my car in the shop for repairs. So I needed a rental car for a week while waiting. So December 14th, 2024 I went to the New Pelham, AL location and Mike Matthews was very professional, provided above and beyond service, and genuinely cared about my needs has a customer. I must admit I was not easy to deal with and turned down multiple vehicles because I wanted something comparable to what I drove daily. Through all my dramatic statements, anxiety, and freaking out thinking about driving in a basic car. Mike Matthews helped me by finding a vehicle, picking it up, and washing it. Just to provide me with what I needed to be a satisfied customer.

“I think enterprise car rental sucks . I reserved a truck on December 10 2024 , to use on the 13th. I was told I could use my bank issued debit card as long as I had proof of residency. On arrival to my local branch the girl Madson In Christiansburg Virginia said I couldn’t use it , after telling me I could the day before. Then I called the number online and was told yes I could . So she took my request for a truck in radford Virginia.so I made my way to that office just to be told I couldn’t use it there either. As an army veteran I’m insulted by the actions of a so called veteran friend company. My name is Robert Hollins I think enterprise is an terrible company to rent from I’ll never try again because they just lie.”
