I’m writing this review because Marco Giancotti, Jr, a Management Trainee in the Westbrook location, went above and beyond the call of duty in assisting me with iPhone authentication for my new company assignment. He used his own phone and even cut into his lunch hour to help me. I’m heartened to see that the Maine practice of friendly lending a hand has not changed since I last lived in the Pine Tree State.

“We reserved a luxury SUV from the Mattapan office 6 weeks in advance.
We went to pick up the vehicle on my scheduled date, only to be told they couldn't find a luxury SUV. Guess what? They gave us a 7 passenger van. Yes...a van!!!!
Talk about an insult! We felt that the customer service was not helpful with our needs. They told us that they would check around for another luxury SUV. We honestly don't feel like they did.
So, we had to take it upon ourselves to contact the Boston Logan Airport Enterprise. Bam!!! We got one! Let me tell you, we had a gentleman named MICHAELW. BARRETT. He was so understanding and extremely professional compared to my earlier experience with the Mattapan, MA office. What a difference! Mr. Barrett truly exemplified customer service. He went above and beyond.

She made my car rental experience very satisfying, I had an issue with a horrible car smell when I rented the car and we couldn’t find the cause of it, later on during my trip I found the issue and told her about it when I came back and she made it right with my rental, she is a great person to deal with and I will definitely be back to rent from her location again.
