Paid for a 4 day rental at Denver airport. They folded a stack of papers and directed me to walk outside and see Lexie to get my car. Got in a Hyundai which was newer and ran fine. Returned it at 445 am on the day it was due back and the gentleman instructed me to leave the key in the car and I was all set, the invoice will be emailed. About an hour later I received a text stating that my rental was due back soon. Checked my email and never received the invoice. Grabbed the paperwork that I got when I rented the car to call and see what the issue was and the paperwork that I was given to hand to Lexie was for another customer who isn’t returning the car for another 11 days. I open my app and it shows me over my rental agreement in a white Toyota. Tried to call customer service and got nothing but frustrated as they were unable to help. Couldn’t even understand the lady that answered at the call sender as her English was horrible. Long story short he’s out driving my rental they have on my agreement and I returned his 11 days early. Second issue with enterprise this month.

Was lied to by this company had a reservation was told 11 am now 4 pm had a business meeting that I can no longer get to

Absolutely the worst! Promised me a car make and model they didn't even own. Then proceeded to give me a car in a lower class than what I paid for. Would not admit to overcharging me. I refused to take a lower level car while being charged the higher rate. They could not understand the math. Don't get me started on their rude staff. They have permanently lost my business.

This privately owned business hires recent undergrads who constantly rotate and have no proclivity nor nuance of customer service or retention. Been a dedicated customer of the "Los Feliz" outlet in East Hollywood... for eight years. Whenever they 'reset' the CSR's every six months, certain company databases are also wiped of any prior renter clearances and other pertinent information. For debit users, this means two forms confirming proof-of-residence, workplace info, and two references with phone numbers are removed from their databases. This is not good for returning customers... like me. I rely on debit card transactions (due to prior identity theft which destroyed my credit) so they always demand proof of information after every staff reset until I complained. It got better... until new staff was rotated in and the same spiel of providing proof of residency and necessary forms of paperwork again. I am done with Enterprise and their archaic foolishness, even listening to their usual harangue of asking me for high marks when customer surveys are sent out. What? Are you kidding me? After making debit users feel unwelcome and demanding more personal information than credit users, they have a nerve to ask.me for a great rating. BwaHAahaaa! What U.S. born citizen keeps mail on their person to prove residency when renting a vehicle? Who actually receives snail mail nowadays?!?!? So, I give one star because I cant give no stars. Oh. I forgot to mention, 50% of my renting from Los Feliz Enterprise involved filthy, smelly, dog hair, un-maintained (no oil, off alignment, flat tire) vehicles. Go elsewhere for better service and fair treatment (as a debit user).

I had placed a rental at the highway 80 location and I guess there was an issue with my cards not being able to be read by the chip machine , but at the same time I did have 2 different representatives on the phone that could clearly have verified the information that been needed to get the rental done, . Their machine only does the chip I never had an issue with this before in the past, as time went on, which consisted of about an hour myself when the supervisor kind of had words towards each other and it just was very uncomfortable situation. When I asked if I could speak to the district manager, his reply was that he was not giving me her personal number. I never asked for a personal number but being that she works in the business field I would think she would have a cell phone number? So all he did was give me her email address. For me it was approach towards me. It's not hey what's 😕 going on.

It's been a while since I felt discriminated against. How easy this process should have been for it being a rental reservation through my insurance and it was not shocked me. Not only my experience I had to pay for a day too even though everything was reserved through my insurance. And I am 6'3 over 400lbs and instead of giving me the Malibu that was within my range and on the property they gave me a Versa. I will definitely be disputing these charges with my insurance but very poor customer service on Enterprise side.

I, returned the vehicle and hour earlier, there was about 15 people ahead of me, I've been renting car from the Goldsboro location for years,never had any issues or damages to any vehicle I rented, so I dropped the keys in the Dropbox about 8:15, they said they checked the vehicle in at 7:55 am, how is that possible, I was on the road returning the vehicle at that time, wich is a lie, I called the next morning, they said there was two dents on the passenger side doors front and back, before I dropped the keys in Dropbox I checked that side of the car there was no damage if there was I would have taken photos of the dents, people when u rent a car from the Goldsboro location always take photos of all side of the vehicle before u leave, or they will lie and pin damages on u that u never did, Stay blessed people, God knows what really happened.

Having seen their 70% Negative Reviews on TrustPilot, I can understand why I had bad experience with Enterprise. I received an email from Debtist.de demanding £70, on behalf of their client Enterprise Car Hire, claiming that I owed them an unexplained £20, when hiring one of their cars on the Continent some 17 months previously. Enterprise had tried to debit this unexplained £20 from my credit card some 2 months after the rental period. Not surprisingly MasterCard rightly blocked the transaction, citing that it was unauthorised and possibly fraudulent. Without even informing me, Enterprise went directly to this German Gestopo Debt Agency to retrieve this £20, to which this Agency added a £50 Admin fee for good measure. For Enterprise it was very much a ‘bull in a china shop’ - their attempt to debit my credit card failed, they assumed the worst, so they resorted to the mob. As for Debtist.de, they operate a zero tolerance gun to the head policy, and I eventually gave in, only after a week of emails when this Agency finally explained what the £20 was about. Apparently it was the Admin fee for a speeding fine whilst I rented the car. The moral here is if one’s Credit Card fulfils its security checks and obligations on your behalf and blocks unauthorised transactions, then it’s YOUR fault and you’re still liable. There’s a new world order now, chasing debtors costs too much money, you only get ONE chance, miss a payment then the mobsters are called.

Waiting for more than an hour just to rent a car I reserved 4 days ago… sigh! Still waiting at the Manteca enterprise Rent-A-Car location. And, this is not the first time. I have given the same feedback before, but Enterprise Rent-A-Car at Manteca, doesn’t seem to care

Rented from e enterprise in Madison indiana they call 20 minutes before pickup time to tell me nothing is available after I had it booked for over 3 weeks horrible do not ever rent from them

Please don’t NEVER rent a vehicle from them.They wait til you get to the location to tell you you need a credit card to book a luxury vehicle when they website doesn’t say that when booking.Thanks to them we was late getting on the road for the trip.And then the lightskin guy at the Two Notch location tried to get out of pocket but I humbled him very quickly with they unprofessional self’s.

Reserved a car a month in advance. Day of pick up, the lady told me I don't have a reservation, the email I had was fraud, and for me to get into the only vehicle she had I needed to bring her $300 CASH! I rented from another location and returned it early. Now they are trying to charge me $10 for tolls the day after I returned it and $10 for a service charge 2 weeks after I returned it! Wtf is this? Just random charges being added just because?

Where do I start? If i could leave zero stars, I would! We rented a car for a trip, when we went to pick up the car were told my husband was on a Do Not Rent List! There was a bill from 2019 ..5 Years Ago!! We weren't even aware of as this is a Corporate account w a Fleet vehicle!!! Obviously a bill is going to get paid! Literally for $139!!! I have spent multiple days calling trying to get resolved... will just rent from another company as this is the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I've ever dealth with on all accounts! Was told today I will get a. call back from a manager when one is available... what an absolute Joke!

Rented a cargo van so I could move my apartment this week end. When I went in the clerk said he couldn’t find my reservation. Then after much hassle, “oh I found it but I don’t have a van available to you. I can rent you a car .” I’m 72 , with two hired hands to help and nothing to move my stuff with. Clerk didn’t care , he said “ it wasn’t me who maid the reservation.” What happened to this once excellent co . ?

I really had a bad experience with enterprise a car Rental Arbor Rd., Plymouth area Michigan. There was overcharged my credit card with something. I am not agree about it. They wasn’t clear about it when I try to complain. This seems like no one it was care about it no Manager contact me, when I request they hold my deposit for over three weeks , I’m still waiting for my deposit I rent a car all over United States from other campaigns I never experience or I received that kind of service before so if you wanna listen to me, I do not recommend to deal with enterprise car rental if you want to save your money and time

claim reference 78122304 I am writing to express my concern and disappointment regarding a charge of £1,494.95 that was unjustly taken from my account following a non-fault accident on March 22nd. Despite my insurance provider, Aviva, being involved, this payment should have been charged to the appropriate third parties rather than to me. I have already raised this issue with the Financial Ombudsman, but I would like to give Enterprise the opportunity to resolve this matter directly.
