“So as a disabled person who you have my a faulty car and I reported to you that it was faulty yo were meant to change the car in the last Sunday as it needed a service and had doggy tyre and you sent the car back with me I had to them continue to use a fault car and on Thursday the tyre went flat I can’t after your Hamilton branch as I needed a new car as this one was indictable and I have had to leave my house at 6 this morning to walk to my hospital appointment as I called you all day yesterday to get the problem fuaxes before my appointment you knew about this problem last Sunday and know at five in the morning a disabled person has to walk from Hamilton to east killing because you did not help get my tyre fixes for my appointment and av been up all night taking panic attacks and they can lead to suicide thought witch was always explained to your stuff am so disdapoonyed that a tyre on a car has taken a full week to repair to a point were the car is undrivablr and you have not been able to get me to the hospital sadly because of this matter you then said I need to wait till 8 and 11 today but I told you my appointment was for 8 this morning and am having to walk I don’t understand why the as can’t fixed a tyre or a staff member could not come out and change the tyre if there was a spare I could have changed it myself it’s am absolute joke they did not sent someone for a tyre change please please do not use this company very bad experience anytime I have felt with them through materiality they offered my a taxi but because of my adhd and other mental health issues I take panic attack with stranger and this was not an option for me and still no one was helping me get to my hospital so av had to walk from Hamilton to East Kilbride in unsafe circumstances all because this company would not fix a ture on time the have had a full week to get this sorted now yesterday or Wednesday the tyre burst is been lying outside my house yesterday and today day with a burst tyre but they have been fault for a full week”
“I picked up a car in Colorado at the FBO. The car only had 3/4 of a tank. They told me to just fill it up to 3/4. However, I was not going to leave the car running while I filled up the tank. THAT IS VERY DANGEROUS!! When I returned the car to the FBO, the manager stated that they will give me a credit for the extra gas that I put in the tank. However, that didn't happen and no one answers the phone at the branch that rented me the car. I still haven't been contacted by anyone at Enterprise. It's very disappointing that they would not give a customer a car with a full tank of gas. Can you please rectify?”
“If icould leave negative stars I would. Rented a truck online ,called day before no trucks available. Needed a truck. Customer service on phone is a joke. Hung up on 6 times could never get same person. Greenfield Mass. Well no words for him I cannot believe he is a manager. Finally no motorcycle had to rent a car. Has a guard hanging down underneath and scraping. Just does the speed limit. This is the first time we have rented from them. Never again

“Tried calling the local Angola, IN location all day yesterday. Each time it went directly to a hold line. I put my phone on speaker and would hold the 15 minutes it allowed before disconnecting. I was probably on hold for over 3 hours total all day. My car is going in the shop and I needed to set up a car pickup with an insurance claim that had already been filed. It was imperative to talk to a live person. Tried Enterprise customer service and that was a joke. I've always used Enterprise but I'm not sure that will be the case in the future. It shouldn't be this hard to do business with a company.”
“My experience with Enterprise car rental was awful. I have used many car rentals and the customer service was by far and the worse I have experienced.
I picked up a hire car from Enterprise car rentals depot at Stansted airport. When I opened the compartment between driver and front passenger seat it was full of rubbish - an entry fruit juice carton, an empty coffee throw-away cup, scraps of paper and general rubbish. It was disgusting.
The car tank was only a quarter full so I had to fill up the tank which was not convenient.
The length of time I needed the hire car changed so when I rang Enterprise office to communicate this, no one answered the phone. I left messages to be called back but no one called me back.
When I returned the car with a full tank of petrol they refused to reimburse me the £37 petrol I had put in the tank.
I would never recommend this company for car rentals, their customer service is terrible.”
“I work for an insurance agency and we represent several carriers that use enterprise. It is my life’s mission to let every single marketing rep I work with know how horrible this rental company is. I was involved in a hit and run, and as per usual, my insurance carrier uses enterprise. Left my car at the repair center after my insurance carrier scheduled a pick up at enterprise for me. This rental company left me stranded with no vehicle all bc of a scratched barcode on a drivers license. Would not make any exceptions. I get procedures but they need to let people know ahead of time that the scan the barcode on your license to confirm it’s validity. My husband is a plumber and his license has been through it all. Their solution? Go to dmv to get a new one. WITH WHAT CAR?? And to get a new license, our local dmv requires an appt and they are booked months out. We went next door to HERTZ and they worked with us and got us handled. I would never recommend this place and I think the reviews from all over the United States should be enough to deter anyone from ever using them. Put them out of business!!!!!”

I called corporatold them. The car was empty. The car was filthy. I cleaned the seats with the Palm street cleaner. They told me they would reimburse me. When I called up there, they told me they wasn't given me anything until my insurance company paid them. Which has absolutely nothing to do with me.
Email me and then not respond. I would not rent a car from them. I disputed the charges. They're not gonna get my money. It's not my job to collect. Insurance money for them”
“I had a terrible customer experience at the Preston Highway location in Louisville, Kentucky. I reserved a Dodge Charger, but no one contacted me beforehand to inform me that the car wasn’t available. When I arrived, I was told the car wasn’t there and was offered a Toyota Camry instead. It felt like they expected me to be desperate and accept whatever was available. When I reached out to customer service, I was told they were simply too busy to notify customers about changes which is b.s. because thats not been the case at other locations. Extremely disappointing. Do better!”
“I made reservations for a car when I made it to the office I was told that they see my reservation but sorry we don't have a vehicle available the one we had for you is at the shop getting an oil change..I go back an hr later I was told to wait until the next day. Come the next day I was told it will have to be Monday so I advise if you can rent from somewhere else go with that cause enterprise will disappoint you”
“My rental car broke down they wanted me to drive 45 minutes away to go pick up another car since that is where it was towed. I live 5 minutes away from an enterprise rental car. He never could tell me why I needed to drive 45 minutes away from where I live to rent a car. All he said was that no one had told him if the car that was towed in was there or not. I left and came home and called enterprise number at the airport and the lady gave me a number and the man confirmed the car was there. it took all of five minutes or less. I will be going to another location and picking up a rental.”

“I have received the most horrible customer service from the Enterprise (Saunders location) in Laredo Texas. On Tuesday morning (9/17) p.m. the insurance company sent them the reservation so that I could pick up a rental. I was approved for a mid sized SUV. I was advised that the only car available was a minivan. I am not used to driving large vehicles, so I declined. I was told to call back in the afternoon when they would have vehicle available. I called several times and was advised that they had nothing (not even the minivan). As instructed, I called the next morning (9/18). This time I was offered an F 250 work truck. Again, I declined. I was advised that I would be contacted as soon as a mid-sized vehicle became available. It is now Thursday (9/19). I never received a call. I called the manager, who informed me that he had a jeep Wagoneer available, but I would need to pay the difference. I advised him that it had been days and their store had been unable to provide me with a vehicle. He proceeded to argue with me, stating that I had been offered cars, but I had declined. I informed him that I was not comfortable maneuvering big vehicles. He replied that if that was the case, why did I want a Wagoneer. I informed him that I had no idea what a Wagoneer was, but I wanted ANY car at this point. He stated that 1) a car had been made available. 2) The Wagoneer was as big as a suburban. I told him that I couldn't drive a suburban either and the manner he was handling my reservation was unacceptable. He advised me that I could call another location and offered to transfer me. This is the worst customer service I have ever received.”
